Stop by for some refreshments & coffee basically, it was nice we decide to try as some of our friends warned us for bad past experiences here but we were getting late so we dicide to give it a try & it was actully the other way around, we get nice coffee & fast check in drive thru, seems the management is changed at this place for sure, recommended to everyone to go & get a nice hot coffee , have a good day

Look, I'm not a Starbucks person but I am definitely impress. I don't have much interest in coffee, but guys. This Starbucks is worth my dollars, I don't think I have to say anything else. I think I just fell in love with coffee ☕?😂. I only hope I can find the same employee to serve me the next time I am there!
I received exceptional service & a warm welcome. The manager of this Starbucks stands out for her professionalism, kindness, & ability to create a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. She took the time to make sure every customer was well served. She truly motivates her team to give their best, which creates great harmony among the staff: even one of her employees came in on their day off to have a coffee! This clearly reflects attentive & caring management.
Kudos to the manager for her leadership & constant commitment to customer satisfaction! You can tell she genuinely loves people & her work.
Bonus point: the place was very clean, we were even served at our table & they came to pick up our empty cups & plates! 🙂
Ever since they changed the manager, to Helene, it has seriously started to become the best it has ever been. I used to avoid this location due to the poor customer service & atmosphere. But lately I've noticed an amazing change! Helene cares deeply about her customers, to not only give them quality drinks but as well as quality service. Pulling into the drive thru, we saw her consoling a customer, & after ordering our coffee, she had a great conversation with us about environment management ethics as well as her goals to making this Starbucks an enjoyable experience to all.

Please please please either give a raise or preach to Melissa she's amazing! This Starbucks is the best one so far I've been too! I have made an order online an hour ago & she did something that no one else double cared or done ! Thank you Melissa for the wonderful service !!
The Starbucks at 3544 Boulevard des Sources is truly exceptional. The hospitality & service are always above & beyond - every visit feels welcoming & kind. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, & professional. A special mention goes to the manager, Helen, who is simply the best! ⭐?Her leadership, warmth, & dedication create such a positive atmosphere for both customers & the team.
This location is a perfect example of how great service & kindness make all the difference. Highly recommend!
Grabbing a coffee in the am is the best way to start your day especially when Mike at Starbucks puts a smile on your face. He is pleasant & always welcoming. A1 service.

Lately I've been pretty disappointed at various Starbucks locations. The staff doesn't seem properly trained & when they don't know the answer to a question they seem unconcerned (I say all this having been a Starbucks barista for 2 years).
However, at the sources location today I was really surprised at the great service. The sandwich I asked for wasn't marked as sold out, & the manager overheard, so she gave me my entire order for free. As I was waiting, another customer's drink size was incorrect (although it wasn't, I heard her order it), & the barista immediately made her a new one. It was really nice to see them take the time to make it a good experience .
Manager Helen was fantastic & very accommodating.
Very clean as well, will definitely be going back, & heading out of my way for this specific Starbucks on Sources
