Food was meh. What deserves a one star is the customer service. Me & my daughter went to the store around 11;45 ish friday…. we walk in & already no one bothers to say hello or anything but we brush it off, the three girls huddled together started to give my daughter dirty looks & i asked them if everything was okay & if there was an issue or something, they then say that my daughters phone flash is on & (in other words) they believe she is filming them… Seriously??? The entitlement is beyond comprehension, why on earth would we need to film you girls 🤦?♀? My daughter quickly turned off her flash & said she wasn't filming them, & she wasn't. The girls could have easily let her know'hey your flash is on btw!' but they instead chose to act like she was paparazzi or whatever. Be so for real who hasn't accidentally walked around with their flashlight on before, we've all done it a million times!!!
I'm honestly sorry for management who will be dealing with this review, it's very unlike me to publish anything even if i have a bad experience but this was just ridiculous! We come very regularly & it's the first time we've ever experienced something like this.

Very bad & frustrating experience, & most importantly not safe. My husband slipped & fell hard on his hip on their premises. He told the employees & it was almost as if they were laughing about it. Since then, he has been in severe pain & cannot even get out of bed.
The staff & management should have anticipated the icy conditions we've been having & taken proper safety measures (salt, mats, clearing, etc.). This accident could have been prevented with basic precautions. Customer safety was clearly not a priority today. Extremely disappointed & concerned that others could get seriously injured as well.

Love the bagels! My only complaint is that they won't cut the bagels for you if you buy in bulk.

Freshly made st viateur bagels that come in uneven shapes & taste! Like the original sesame one & the raisin one!

Great bagels.. however employees really need to consider wearing gloves in both hands when transferring the bagels from the trays to the display ! I just walked in (st martin ouest) & the employee is holding the bagels from falling in the display with one hand (no gloves) & grabbing the bagels with the gloved hand. It is just they are in direct contact with the bread!

De bons produits sont offert pour de bons repas.J'y retournerai c'est sûr ! 😉

Bagel plein goût sec & oignon brûlés. Le bagel aux pommes est aussi très sec. Cependant celui aux sésames étaient bon & chaud.
J'ai pris un sandwich déjeuner BLT, le bacon n'était pas cuit & une petite feuille de salade molle.
Je n'y retournerai pas malheureusement.

Went here with my sister & dad a few days ago & the employees were so amazing!!! We told them that we came from outside the area to try montreal style bagels & they gave us some bagels for FREE!!! I got a pretty basic bagel & a brookie but they were both amazing!! The staff were super kind & the food was delicious. Would recommend for good bagels & nice people :)
