The bagels were fresh & tasted amazing. We came from the US & were amazed by how good these bagels were. They were light & slightly sweet & (since we got the everything bagels) savory. Also, seeing how the bagels were made was great. Definitely the best bagels we had & a highlight of the trip.

Came to St-Viateur Bagel on our last night in Montreal to pick up bagels to bring home. Even though we just finished dinner, we had to try one fresh for science & it was absolutely worth it. They are different from the New York bagels I grew up with, but they are delicious in their own way. We ended up bringing a bunch home to share with friends & family!

Best bagels anywhere, hands down. ( To be fair, I have never had Fairmount, even though they're just a block away. They're probably pretty much the same.) Good collection of schmears &, for your snacking pleasure, bagel-like flatbread crackers.

This was my first wood fired bagel & I was absolutely impressed!!! It's hard to describe how delicious & different these bagels taste but they are truly out of this world. On my visit I had a sesame bagel & would love to try other flavors.

Team St Viateur!! Amazing bagels for all tastes, would recommend the blueberry for sweet tooths & the rosemary for salty!

My partner & I love this place 🙂 We were visiting from Toronto & bought a tonne for our family & friends back home at the Mont Royal location & noticed that we were missing a dozen of the maple apple bagels but were back in the plateau area before we realized it. Long story short we went to the OG location & the staff didn't hesitate to give us a dozen on the spot without any questions asked. Saved us a trip to the other location & just another reason why we love Montreal. Don't miss out when you're in town!
