We had such a wonderful experience at St-Viateur Bagel! My partner & I are big fans & made a special stop here on our way back to Ottawa instead of visiting one of the downtown Montreal locations. The cinnamon raisin bagels are my absolute favourite & never disappoint.
What really made this visit stand out, though, was the incredible service. I accidentally left my wallet in the store, & the manager responded right away-even on a busy Saturday night. I was able to pick it up the next morning from a team of genuinely kind & friendly staff. To top it off, the manager generously offered a pack of bagels on the house.
Such a thoughtful & wholesome experience. This location has definitely become our go-to stop whenever we're passing through Montreal. Thank you again for the outstanding service! :)
Friendly & patient staff & the store is always clean + tidy. Great selection of bagels but in my opinion they differ little from bagels you can buy in a grocery store. They are very light & taste a little more bread like than what I expect a traditional bagel to taste.
I was warmly greeted & placed my order for some sesame bagels. They were fresh out of the oven & delicious. Prefer these over Fairmount bagels & have been eating them for a long time. Highly recommended.
Fresh bagels, fast service, you can also have coffee, while the view is not great, but there are a few tables outside. Parking might be a bit difficult, worth a stop. It's always busy, always fresh
