I've been ordering from this restaurant for a long time, & it's usually a go-to for our family. Unfortunately, this last experience was incredibly disappointing.
We ordered pork doner gyros pita plates & they were chicken, it was the wrong item. The main reason for my order was their house salad dressing, which is something I specifically look forward to every time. This time, it was completely missing from the order. It was the key part of the meal.
I called the restaurant hoping for a simple solution. Instead, the interaction made things much worse. The elderly woman who answered was dismissive, rude, & unwilling to help at all. When I asked if anything could be done-even offering to come pick it up-I was told nothing could be done because they were closing. There was no apology, no effort to fix the mistake, & her tone on the phone was hostile.
Mistakes happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. In this case, it was the wrong items, an incomplete order with missing items & the poor customer service were really disappointing, especially from a place that my family & I have supported regularly.
I hope they take this feedback seriously & improve both their order accuracy & how they treat their customers.

Service is bad i ordered for pick up they told me 20 min i went & waited another 15 min basically 35 min in addition there place is small there's no place for the people order pickup to wait
Très bonne place pour manger un bon pita gyro. Probablement un des meilleurs place pour ça. Venez sur manger sur l'heure du midi pour un dîner abordable.
Long time client but not going there anymore! Had a large uber order, the restaurant mix the order & sent pork doner instead of chicken. When I called, I was just told to contact uber…ridiculous!

A true gem in Laval! I was recommended by a friend to come here, & I must say I was not disappointed at all! Service is great & they have a lunch special, which is great & it's very delicious & fresh! Will definitely come here again when I visit
We walked in, no one acknowledged us. Secondly, we sat at the table & the floor was full of sauce. The waiter gave us the menus & left, we ended up leaving before he came to get our order. We waited at least 10 minutes before we left.
