Food was great but the pita for soulakis is too thick. Prefer thinner pitas. Felt stuffed after my meal because of the pita bread. But overall very nice restaurant & good food. Nice ambiance. Just change the pita bread.
Très déçue du Souvlaki bar de Laval que je fréquente pourtant depuis des années…
Aujourd'hui j'ai placé une commande à emporter pour le restaurant de Laval alors que je voulais celui de ville St- Laurent. J'ai réalisé mon erreur & annulé la commande in extremis. J'ai reçu la confirmation de commande pour le Souvlaki Bar de ville St-Laurent & suis bel & bien allée chercher ma commande (prépayée en ligne) à ville St-Laurent.
Deux heures plus tard, le restaurant de Laval m'a appelée pour me signaler qu'il y avait une commande préparée à mon nom que personne n'était venue chercher ( & pour laquelle ma carte de crédit avait été chargée)! Pourquoi avoir attendu 2 heures pour m'aviser de ceci? Personne n'avait réalisé qu'une commande traînait sur le comptoir depuis 2 heures?
J'ai eu beau expliquer au gérant que cette commande n'était pas passée de mon côté & que je n'avais reçu aucune confirmation de commande pour le restaurant de Laval, il a refusé de me rembourser pour un repas que j'avais annulé & que je n'allais certainement pas venir chercher… 2 heures plus tard!
S'il y a un problème sur le site en ligne qui fait que les commandes passent ( même après avoir été annulées) & qu'en plus, on ne reçoit aucune confirmation de transaction, ce n'est pas au client d'en payer le prix. Je comprends la situation du restaurateur qui a préparé le repas mais entre perdre une cliente récurrente ( qui amène amis & parents & donc de l'argent au long terme) & rembourser une commande qui n'aurait pas dû passer, il me semble que le choix aurait dû être clair… plutôt que la réponse offerte « how is that my problem ». & me raccrocher la ligne au nez n'est certainement pas une façon de me rallier à votre cause, monsieur! On repassera pour le service à la clientèle…

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Souvlaki Bar Laval, & it was an outstanding/amazing experience from start to finish!
To begin, I ordered the Loukaniko sausage appetizers, which were absolutely delicious- a great introduction to the meal.
Main course, I enjoyed the Chicken Souvlaki Plate, & it truly exceeded expectations. The chicken was tender & done to perfection - along with the salad which had an amazing salad dressing! Rice was amazing & flavorful!
The atmosphere in the heart of Centropolis Laval is vibrant & welcoming, making it an ideal spot for both casual outings & special occasions. The staff were friendly, attentive, & provided exceptional service throughout the evening.
Overall, this was an absolutely outstanding first-time dining experience here. I would highly recommend Souvlaki Bar Laval to anyone looking for authentic high-quality Greek cuisine in a lively setting. I will definitely be returning someday!
Le pire service du barman jamais reçu de ma vie ! J'ai fait la commande dans ubereats pour pickup puis j'ai changé d'avis. Je voulais manger sur place. Le barman me dit : c'est pas un pique nique ici. T'as fait pick up c'est pick up. Après il était comme :… bon okey tu veux t'asseoir ou? (Ilyavait 20 tables vides !…) bref j'ai dit: je vais manger dans ma voiture ! Puis j'ai pris mon paquet , & la , le barman m'arrête & me dit : t'as pas le droit d'emporter ça , c'est pas payé !!!! Je réponds: c'est déjà payé sur Uber eats. Il était confus & me fait perdre mon temps puis il appelle la serveuse qui est occupée à servir une table de clients. La serveuse dit: oh j'ai fait une erreur. C'est correct tu peux y aller .! Le pire service jamais reçu jamais vu !
I've eaten from here a quite abit & i think i'm done, for a while at least. Very dissatisfied with my last couple of orders. Hairs (more than one) in the plate, disregarded order notes, missing items & inconsistent portions. Things that shouldn't happen with so much competition in the area. 2 stars only because the food is actually good.
L'un des meilleurs rapports qualité & quantité prix dans le coin. Les portions sont généreuses & les plats sont très goûteux. Le service est toujours courtois & rapide. Le restaurant est souvent tranquille lors des soirs où il n'y a pas de match par contre.

Je suis alle un midi manger salade & poulet le poulet netait pas frais jai ete malade & je leur avait dit il etait de la veille ou de deux jours epouvantable sercir du poulet comme ca a sa clientele!
Service mediocre je vien souvent ici & a chaque fois je command un assiette de souvlaki pita au porc & a chaque fois je recois un assiette avec gyro emplus je dois attende de 5 a 10 minutes pour avoir mon repa & je me retrouve seil a manger alors que mes invite ont terminervde manger je sais pourquoi ji retourne encore? J ai de l espoi
They work very different from other branches. They charged me almost $3 for 1 small sauce when I paid close to 30$ for 2 souvlaki & 1 medium fries. No sauce comes with the food. Other branches accommodate their customers way better. No wonder there is barely anyone in this one. I do not recommend this branch.

Très bon & la poutine est incontournable, Super bonne & assez unique, les frites sont excellents, sa fait partie de mon top 5 a vie, le staff très gentil, bien servi, sa été rapide, sa mérites plus qu'un détour! 💪
My mom liked the Slovakia bar full of rice, steamed potatoes & the Greek salad with a hint of cheese & the Zara was very good. My family enjoys it. My dad too. My grandma & me would come again & would recommend to friends & family.
Poor food quality. We ordered The Bowl through Uber Eats, & this is what my plate looked like: $20 for half a container, barely any chicken, almost no rice or salad, & mostly onions. The food was soggy & very poorly portioned.
On top of that, the manager gave us attitude & offered no solution or compensation. We had to file a complaint with Uber Eats, & unfortunately, Uber refused to issue a refund.
Very disappointing experience overall. Never again. Happy New Year.
Le service est bon & courtois, la nourriture est bonne mais il y a meilleur. Honnêtement c'est l'atmosphère qui nous y a mené.
Attention: le restaurant ne respecte pas la loi sur les pourboires en calculant le % après les taxes. J'ai averti le gérant & bien que gentil, son attitude laisse présager que ça ne lui dérange pas d'enfreindre la loi. À preuve, il m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas eu le temps de faire le changement bien que cela date du mois de mai. S'il ne respecte pas cette loi, quelle autre n'est pas respectée; bref, pourquoi aller y manger??
