Good tasty pita, but Greek salad had huge chunks of tomatoes 🍅 I haven't seen anything like that in my life. How hard is it just to cut tomatoes for a salad? Very strange.
We just finished our meal & it was the BEST Greek food I have ever eaten. The portions were huge, the food was fresh, the chicken was so tender! I would make this a must stop on my way through Quebec anytime. Not only was the food incredible, the service topped off our night. Anna was very attentive & Paul the owner made sure he went to every table & checked in. We said we didn't have room for dessert but he showed up to the table with the best chocolate cake ever. We managed to find room for it! We will definitely be back!
Not only did the food stand up as some of the best Greek food I've ever had, but the owner, Paul, he transcends what customer service is all about. He understands how to operate a business & how to make everyone feel welcome. Anna, our waitress was wonderful. Tucked away & unassuming, this restaurant has entirely shifted my view on dining out, especially when it comes to Greek cuisine-a cuisine I approached with hesitancy due to past experiences of dry chicken & lackluster flavors. From the moment I entered, the warmth & attention from the staff were palpable, transforming what I anticipated to be a standard meal into a familial & inviting experience. The prices, though on the higher side, were entirely justified by the quality of the food & service. Opting to eat at home usually due to mediocre services elsewhere, I found myself pleasantly surprised & drawn into the inviting ambiance of Souvlaki Authentique. The food itself was nothing short of revelatory. The chicken was tender & flavorful, a stark departure from the dry poultry I've begrudgingly accepted at other establishments. The house potatoes were a crispy delight, perfectly complemented by a zesty lemon sauce, while the salad added just the right amount of kick to round out the meal. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, enhancing the overall dining experience. Adding to the charm was the owner, Mr. Paul, who personally visited each table. His genuine interest in our enjoyment of the meal & his engaging conversation were the cherries on top of an already delightful visit. Souvlaki Authentique Vaudreuil/Hudson is more than just a restaurant; it's a place where food meets art & hospitality. I am a regular at this establishment, but today I had my birthday celebration supper & they have completely blown me & my guests away with the amazing food, friendly & professional service, & as always the atmosphere was great with the Greek music playing in the background. As a gift to me the owner & his daughter surprised our table with the most beautiful display of "birthday" cake I have ever seen! This type of creativity, care & hospitality is what has us coming back for more every time! Evharistume para poli ❤️ you guys made my birthday a very special one this year!

I met the owners at the gym. They were telling me about this gem in Vaudreuil so I had to try it. The food was excellent & very authentic tasting (Greek). Service was fast, friendly & courteous. I would highly suggest this to anyone in the West looking for a Greek restaurant.
Everything about this place is just amazing. Food is beyond delicious & always fresh. Not one thing on the menu is bad. Portions as always are very generous. Service, no matter how busy, & they always are, is impeccable. Great for groups, families, or even by yourself if you just want a quick gyro & a delicious greek beer. Decent bar selection. Very affordable for great food. Owner always present & super helpful.
THE best restaurant in the area! such an welcoming atmosphere with an extremely friendly staff, the owners are the sweetest! not to mention the food is absolutely delicious!!! the best greek food i've had, their greek potatoes with the lemon sauce is to die for & the gyro & souvlaki is always cooked to perfection! can't recommend this place enough, thank you to the wonderful family who run this gem!
Best pita souvlaki by most standards - moist chicken, fresh pita, lots of tzatziki - & authentic Greek potatoes. Excellent price & service for dining in. Lovely decor for the location. Clean & spacious washrooms. Right off the highway & no better pit stop on the road to Ottawa.
Just got back from yet another fabulous Greek meal. Not only is the food really delicious & in generous quantities, the owners Paul & Maria are a light in our community, so kind, giving & supportive. I take exception to the one star review from Adamo who was deeply unhappy with the number of olives in his salad & the missing dressing. All of us are human, mistakes happen & I would have hoped that Adamo would have asked to speak with the owner before posting such a nasty post. Perhaps you had a very bad day/week Adamo, but to me this is no excuse for trashing a business like that. Hope you make that call to Paul...
