Bouffe bonne mais service très désagréable! La serveuse nous a pas apportez d'eau avant un bon 20 min, sans oublier qu'elle servait d'autre table avant d'apportez notre eau (y avait 4 table de rempli), pis y faisait vraiment chaud! Elle nous a aussi'poliment' mis dehors! Nous prenions le temps de discuter apres avoir manger & elle a pas du aimer qu'on prenne notre temps car elle a décider de nous faire payer sur le chant, a la table alors qu'on doit payer normalement au bars.View more

Let me start by saying that despite a not so great experience when ordering take out, the customer service I received made all the difference & I would order again for sure.

I ordered the gyro platter & it was so salty we could not finish our meals.

The owner of the establishment reached out to me within a day of posting my review to better understand the situation.

He immediately admitted that it was due to a kitchen error & an isolated event. Unfortunately, they only learned about it after I received my order.

I was offered a full refund which I greatly appreciated but what I appreciated most was that they took ownership of the situation & they were transparent. Mistakes happen, it's how we deal with them that counts.

I look forward to going back next time I'm at Saint-Sauveur.View more

We love Souvlaki 7 in Saint-Sauveur & made the trip - over an hour - just to enjoy their delicious food again last weekend. As always, everything was fantastic! A special shout-out to our server, Pearl. She was incredibly pleasant, well-mannered, & handled the whole place like a pro, even while working solo.
