Super duper yummy food, we had so many options for ingredients & all the ones I chose were delicious. The staff was very nice & accommodating, they gave us free lemon water while we were waiting in line outside the restaurant. My last visit was this Thursday for the 3rd time, i always come bringing my friends because i liked it the first time i came, but this last came unfortunately didn't end up the way we wanted it to be, i was there with my 2 friends, one of them is pregnant & has a child of 9yo who was with us, when we finished eating we were waiting for the restroom for the child ( cz it was busy all the time ) but unfortunately the manager ( someone with regular fit & flowers earings ) she said *you have to leave in 5 min* & that was actually so bad & impacted us really badly cz we were having a good time & it got ruined just like that.
Ps: me & my friends are currently working in food industry as well, & we understand the rush but we also treat our costumers the best that we can, which is didn't happened this time with this lady. We are super disappointed about it, i wish if she just approached us differently.Voir plus

What an amazing find! This place lets you build your own ramen from a vast selection of broths, noodles, proteins, & toppings-so you can make it exactly the way you like it. Every bowl comes with a bonus ice cream, & the portions are generous enough that you'll appreciate the take-out boxes they provide.
I also loved the thoughtful touches-free refill water with lime right at the entrance, friendly staff, & a welcoming atmosphere. The flavors were rich, the ingredients fresh, & the whole experience felt fun & relaxed.Voir plus

I really enjoy your food & have been a regular customer since you opened. However, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent takeout order.
In the past, when I ordered my favorite soup for takeout, I always received a full bowl of ingredients & a separate full bowl of broth - since everything doesn't fit in one container. This time, I was given only one bowl, with almost no broth, so it didn't really feel like a soup. When I asked about it, I was told it might be because I took fewer ingredients, but that's not the case.
Additionally, there was no handle bag provided. Carrying hot soup in just a plastic wrap is not safe & quite inconvenient. I understand you're still working on your takeout format, but it's been almost two months since opening. I'd strongly suggest at least providing standard paper bags with handles to make it safer & more comfortable for customers.
I'm sharing this because I really like your restaurant & want to keep coming back, but I hope these points can be improved soon.

Selon moi, c'est la meilleure expérience de ramen en ville! Il y a parfois de l'attente, car le restaurant est très populaire. Toutefois, vous ne voulez manquer ça! Vous choisissez vos ingrédients parmi une panoplie de choix variés (légumes, viandes, fruits de mer, etc.) puis vous sélectionnez vos nouilles. Pour le prix, c'est en fonction du poids. Le prix d'un gros bol est plus ou moins 20$, mais le 20$ le mieux investi de la journée! Pour finir, ils viennent vous proposer une glace mauve dans un cornet mince au chocolat. L'un des meilleurs cornets ever. Je serais ravi d'avoir un tel restaurant à Sherbooke!Voir plus

Overwhelming, boba is wayyy too sweet but the main issue was the take out, we got three takeaway bowls to put our food in & all they gave us was a plastic thing to cover it, next thing you know we get home & our soup has spilt all over our bags, they couldn't even cling film it or give us an actual bag to carry them in? Plus it was pretty pricey… it was just a bit of a shame tbh.Voir plus

Tu choisis tu pèses tu paies il font la cuisson avec le bouillon que tu choisis.
Bar de sésames , coriandre & épice à volonté.Charmant petit resto. Bcp de nouveaux employés. Donc un peu nébuleux quand on pose une question . Mais on s en fou . C est tellement bon
J ai pris un morceau d ingrédient de tout ce que je voulais manger de végétarien. Soupe , breuvage & pourboire .environ 50$. En plus j ai rapporté un gros contenant de ce que je n aie pas mangé. À la fin il nous offres une crème glace à la vanille avec un cône au sesame grillées noirs. Juste merveilleux. J aie adoré. J en parle à tout le monde. Essaye ça!!!!Voir plus

I waited 50 minutes for my pot to be brought to the table. That's who knows how long the ingredients I picked were left in room temperature in the kitchen??? There's also bugs in the restaurant from both of my vitis.Voir plus

L'endroit est vraiment agréable & original. Je suis venu avec une amie & nous avons apprécié le concept de libre-service, ainsi que les ustensiles mis à disposition, qui rendent l'expérience conviviale. Nous avions réservé à l'avance, ce qui est, à mon avis, préférable. Les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables. Une bonne adresse si vous cherchez une expérience différente & décontractée.Voir plus

L'ambiance & le concept est cool mais pour ce qui est du goût on repassera. Mon conjoint & moi même avons été extrêmement déçu. Le bouillon ne goût pas & même avec les sauce ajouter ça restait fade. Tout ce que ça goûtais c'était la coriandre qu'ils ont mis en topping …. & on déteste la coriandre.Voir plus
