La qualité des sushis est excellente. Le chef & sa brigade maîtrisent leur art. Chacun des plats commandés était extraordinaire. La fine tranche de jalapeno sur le nigiris de hamachi amène un tout petit peu de piquant, les nigiris de Toro sont fondants, ceux de saumon parfaitement torchés, le pork belly était savoureuse tout comme les boules de poulet. Les cocktails sont à la hauteur de ce que la cuisine produit. Les barmans connaissent leurs produits & sauront vous conseiller pour trouver quelque chose qui va s'accorder avec vos goûts. La vue & l'espace sont spectaculaires. C'est idéal pour un rendez-vous romantique ou une soirée avec des amis au sommet de Montréal.Voir plus

Ma récente visite au restaurant Sora 45 a été une expérience remarquable, du début à la fin. Dès l'instant où j'ai franchi la porte, j'ai été accueilli par un personnel chaleureux & sympathique, promesse d'un service haut de gamme qui n'a pas manqué de se confirmer tout au long du repas. La cuisine, oh la cuisine ! Chaque sushi servi était un chef-d'oeuvre, non seulement délicieux mais aussi magnifiquement présenté, faisant de chaque bouchée un véritable plaisir. Il est évident que le chef & sa brigade mettent un point d'honneur à utiliser des ingrédients de la plus haute qualité, & cela se ressent dans chaque plat proposé. Mais ce qui distingue vraiment Sora 45, au-delà de sa cuisine exceptionnelle & de son service impeccable, c'est son ambiance & sa vue à couper le souffle. L'atmosphère du restaurant est superbement conçue, invitant à la détente & à la sérénité, ce qui en fait le cadre parfait pour apprécier les merveilles culinaires servies. Quant à la vue, elle ajoute une dimension presque magique à l'expérience, transformant un simple repas en un moment véritablement mémorable. En conclusion, le restaurant Sora 45 est une destination incontournable pour tous les amateurs de sushis & ceux à la recherche d'une expérience gastronomique raffinée dans un cadre spectaculaire. Special shoutout to Carl Charette, who made me discover so many different cocktails based on my preference & paired it perfectly with some of the best sushis I have ever had! love this place ! everything from the cocktails, the food, the atmosphere & obviously the amazing view. the entire staff is extremely friendly & it really adds to the experience. Carl is really knowledgeable & made us feel comfortable, engaging us in conversation, asking what we like & what we don't like & proposed some drinks based on our tastes. it would be easy for a place like this to be ruined by rude staff but that is absolutely not the case. best drinks & sushi in Montreal !Voir plus

Last night was an absolute delight! The warm welcome from the hostesses set the perfect tone. Louis, our server, was incredibly attentive & took such great care of us during the entire night. Our welcome cocktail crafted by Carl was a masterpiece of heart & detail. The bar staff, including Marshall, Alexi, & Dolan, amazed us with their exceptional cocktails. & the pinnacle was Chef Gary & the kitchen staff spoiling us with top-quality sashimi platters, sushi, maki & meat. A place worth going for a date. Panoramic view on a skyscraper. The menu is strong focus on seafood Japanese style. Their sushi was beautifully prepared & absolutely delicious & fresh (highly recommend ora king salmon nigiri, otoro tuna nigiri & kampachi roll) . The ambience & service are super great.
