I loved the Pad See Ew! Delish. Wasn't a fan of the Thai green tea tho, seemed like they dropped a whole bottle of vanilla extract into it.
We ordered a selection of dishes with the view of tasting for dinner & then taking the leftovers home.
The dumplings with peanut sauce & the chicken meatballs were both amazing to start our dinner.
The chicken Tom Yum & chicken Massaman Curry were outstanding & delicious.
For mains we ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken with mango salad & the Beef Pad See Ew.
The portions were quite large which makes this restaurant extremely good value for delicious Thai food.
Highly recommend this restaurant!
Hugely disappointed by my second visit. I'm Thai, so I have high standards for Larb Moo, & this wasn't it. It was basically unseasoned minced pork. I had to fix it myself just to make it edible. While the Pad Thai noodles were good, the shrimp were bland & tasted like they were cooked separately & just tossed on top. The sticky rice portion was also a joke. I loved my first visit, but I'm not paying restaurant prices to do the chef's job at home.
Updated review : the tom kha gai was really not to my taste at all, felt like the flavors were really off to me as if they didn't balance the aromatics properly. The pad thai had a quantity over quality feel. It was honestly still decent & probably a good quality & quantity / price ratio... The service was nice & quick. Not the place for me since quality matters above all to me, but decent restaurant if you are less picky!
The food was amazing! I love the tom yum soup & the green curry. Best Thai restaurant in Montreal. I will definitely definitely come back!!!
Tasted just like Thailand! (We had the pad kra pao, Thai milk tea & mango sticky rice)
Friendly staff, good service & some of the best Thai food I've had in the Plateau! I recommend the green curry, amazing beer selection as well.
Amazing Thai food !! The pad thai, pad see ew & Tom kha were all so delicious. Highly recommend
My 10yo daughter & I love this place ! We go there everytime we hang out on Plateau. Food is delicious & prices better than other thai places. The staff is very nice & friendly :)
Best curry I have had in my life, best Thai food in Montreal I have not tasted Thai food like this since the last time I've been in Bangkok. Everyone here is so sweet.
Good thai food at a reasonable price. The pad kra prao & the papaya salad are very good.
The photos online look beautiful & definitely set higher expectations.
When we arrived, the actual space felt more simple & casual than expected.
The food itself was good, but the flavors were quite standard - the kind you'd find at many Thai restaurants. Everything was enjoyable & perfectly fine, just not particularly surprising or memorable.

This is such a hidden gem for authentic thai food in a budget! Tried the massaman curry with beef & chicken pad thai. The massaman was sweet with rich flavors of various seasonings, while the pad thai was flavorful & smokey! Truly enjoyed this meal here. Also the people are so sweet, I will definitely be back again just to see them again. Can't wait to try the other dishes soon as well.
One of the best hidden gems in Montréal! Come visit if you want to try authentic Thai food. The owner is super nice & welcoming! My personal favourite is their tom kha soup😌
Siwalee is the best Thai spot you could possibly find in the town! I absolutely love the pad see ew beef & green curry! You should all give it a try!!!!
I am eating my green curry as I am typing this review, so creamy & tasty, tastes like in Thailand.
Enough typing, I am going right back to my bowl.
