Good beers, good food, great service. Could use a little more shade on the terrasse but happy to have them in neighborhood!View more
Great new pub, wonderful decor. I had the poke bowl as a "healthy" meal & it was absolutely delicious, but still ordered the fries & no regrets there! Very good beer.View more
Delicious beer in a lively setting on a busy street. The bartenders/barmaids suffered my horrible French & were very knowledgeable about the beers on tap. Highly recommend Siboire Notre-Dame.View more
We are so happy to have this brewery now in St Henri neighborhood! The ambiance is great, with nice uncluttered decor, high ceilings, brick walls, solid furniture, all windows.. &, of course, the beer is amazing! We also had the all dressed fries & they were excellent! & the prices are very reasonable.View more
Beer was awesome food was great had mussels & fries(lot of empty shells) but OMG bathroom downstairs not good for people using a cane. Forget about a wheelchair.View more
Went here for the first time yesterday evening, the place is gorgeous! Giant windows in the front & every area has a different atmosphere! Had the salmon tartare & beer muscles to share & the muscles were so good! Will definitely have them again. The salmon tartare was missing a bit of flavour. Will be going back!View more
Came here for an event & although the place was packed, the service was excellent! The brisket sandwich & poutine were delicious, & there was an interesting selection of beers to try out. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.View more
Great new pub with many choices of food & home brew beers on draft. The place is big, has original trendy decor, has small tables & also big long tables for groups. Very nice ambiance overall. It's often busy so it can take a while before you get seated but service is fairly quick.View more
Beautiful spot, super friendly staff, great beers.View more
Siboire once again strikes out at another location. This time it makes full use of the space in Saint Henri. The beers are good & the vibe is casual & busy. Service was great. The large room does make it harder to hear, but perfect for stopping in for a drink & a bite for a 5 a 7.View more
I met a friend here & it was my first ever visit to Siboire. I very much enjoyed the ambiance & decor. They have many sections to choose from with each one having a different look & feel. The flight of beer samples I had was excellent! The servers were friendly & courteous. I never did try the food but I'm hoping to on my next visit. 😎👍View more

Great new place in St Henri! Beautiful set-up, friendly staff & the food is DELISH. I recommend the beer tartare, brisket sandwich or poke bowl. They also serve non-alcoholic beer! Will be going back, for sure!View more
Great 🍺! I use to go to the one on St-Laurent, I'm happy to have a Siboire on Notre-Dame now! Food is ok, beer is amazing. The place is huge, I was really surprised, it really clashes with the rest of Notre-Dame. Anyways, happy to have them here 😊View more
Awesome spot for beer & food. They offer more than typical bar food, like tacos & brisket poutine. Great service, amazing atmosphere, capacity for large groups as well. 10/10 would recommend :)View more

We stopped in the early afternoon for lunch with friends. 3 adults 4 kids. Great location, the ambiance is inviting just like the other Siboire in Sherbrooke. The staff was ready to welcome us as we stepped in. Bike parts & frames were hanging from the ceiling & walls a reminder of the sport that brought the owners together. We sat in a section that reminds the alleys & "ruelles vertes" of Montréal. Picnic tables, a green wall & a red brick floor. Warmth from the sun & a really friendly feeling. The food. We ordered the regular poutine, the Al Pastor poutine, the tacos, the Mac & cheese with brisket , the pasta & a cheeseburger. We were pleased with the portion, the presentation & everything was tasty. There is no kids menu & the portions are large you can easily have 1 plate for 2 kids. & the beer! We can't stop to Siboire without a glass or a pint of beer. The best selection & taste period.View more
