J'aurais donné 4.5 mais honnêtement tout était bien, juste le menu peu diversifié, devrait avoir plus d'options en mode partage ou entrées. La serveuse très gentille (Emma) & connaît vraiment bien ses produits. Produits à boire vraiment fun & bons, autant que les bières que les spiritueux.

On a choisit le Siboire Notre-Dame pour un party de travail (en petite équipe : 8 personnes) & on a été très bien accueilli. La réservation était facile en ligne, le service était rapide & nous étions bien conseillés sur les bières. À quelques minutes à pied du métro, c'est parfait comme localisation. L'ambiance était bonne & le bar est magnifique.
La game de la PWHL était diffusée sur grand écran :)

J'adore cet endroit! Bien sûr, les bières du Siboire sont toujours excellentes, mais je dois admettre que le service chaleureux surpasse toujours mes attentes à chaque visite. Le personnel est souriant & nous fait vraiment sentir les bienvenus!

Cute place with pretty good food, but service was lacking. Water was slow & our food took over 35 minutes, although to be fair there was a large group ordering food at the same time. The mac & cheese didn't come out at the same time as the rest of the food but was somehow lukewarm when it arrived a few minutes later, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for at least 5 minutes.

The dishes tasted good but no food at a restaurant should be delivered lukewarm.

J'ai eu la chance de choisir le Siboire pour fêter ma soutenance de thèse. L'accueil à été incroyable. Un grand merci à Félix pour son service irréprochable & qui je pense, mérite une grosse promotion pour son excellent travail :)
