Awesome spot for beer & food. They offer more than typical bar food, like tacos & brisket poutine. Great service, amazing atmosphere, capacity for large groups as well. 10/10 would recommend :)
So glad this place is here now! I'd just been thinking of how perfect a location it would be for a brewery to post up on Notre Dam. Loved the traditional Czech style Pilsner with the delicious foam head. I'll be back!

we went in it's brand new ness. beer was excellent I got a sweet herby beer. got fish & chips-- it was well fried, big portions. solid brewery to have a big group lunch
C'était une première à la nouvelle succursale du Siboire & ce ne sera clairement pas notre dernière visite! Quelle belle expérience avec notre duo de serveurs formé de Cédric & Caleb qui ont su nous partager leur passion brassicole avec optimisme & professionnalisme! Merci!
Très bel endroit, très grand & plusieurs sections. Grandes fenêtres & lumineux. Très belle sélection de bières de tous les types. Nourriture de pub est excellente, nous avons particulièrement aimé la poutine Al Pastor & les fish n chips. Parfait pour des groupes, ou pour déguster une bière en solo ou à deux au bar. Les prix sont très raisonnables & le service rapide.
J'ai eu récemment la chance de visiter la succursale Siboire de Notre-Dame. WoW, que dire de l'endroit, il est tout simplement magique avec un Beergarden intérieur, une mezzanine pour accueillir des groupes & un mur de végétaux. L,ambiance & le cadre sont simplement parfaits pour déguster une bière seul ou entre amis. En ce qui concerne le service, l'équipe est incroyable, souriante & dynamique. Côté cuisine, n'hésitez pas à goûter à chaque plat, ils sont excellents. Je vous recommande particulièrement les Fish & Chips. 🐟

Enfin ! C'est ce qui manquait sur la Dame! Bières délicieuses, prix abordables, serveurs suuuuper sympa, un vent de fraîcheur dans le quartier ! C'est grand, c'est aéré, musique modeste, pas besoin de crier pour se faire entendre, on aime ça!! Le menu un peu trop hors de prix par contre pour de la restauration rapide, les prix se comparent à ceux qu'on trouvent dans les restaurants guindés des environs, c'est moins tentant de payer plus pour moins. Cela dit, la deco est géniale, la finition est agréable (jusque dans les WC), définitivement une possible institution incontournable dans le quartier. J'adore ce type d'initiative & de commerce qui a trouvé sa niche. A visiter & revisiter.
