I love this place for an assortment of reasons.....convenience (5 min walk from home max), service with a smile, & the beer (I always get the same, but I like it!) & food....those garnished fries....love them! It has replaced Les Soeurs Grises for us.

Le Siboire est un bel endroit! C'est grand, bien divisé en plusieurs zones ce qui permet d'être tranquille avec quelques amis ou d'être en grand groupe. La nourriture est bonne, il y a plusieurs choix de bières & le service est excellent. Tous les employés sont vraiment gentils & avenants. Nous étions une trentaine & notre serveur, Jean-Philippe ,nous a donné un service hors pair! Cordial, gentil & efficace, vraiment un gros WoW!

Première fois pour moi à ce resto. Nous étions un gros groupe, service plus qu'impeccable & amical! Le propriétaire nous a même offert plusieurs bouchées. Très beaux choix de bière mais très peu de choix de vin. Menu varié qui plaira à tous. Plusieurs choix vegan. J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Bonjour, Un lieu très sympathique. Une bonne cuisine : Les moules sont excellentes. Il en faudrait plus! Le bowl au thon est également fabuleux De très bonnes bières à déguster sans ou avec modération... Le service est simplement parfait! Merci

Ordered poke, the green salad inside was bitter. Salmon tartare had a lot of mix that you don't even taste the salmon color very dark. Beer was good.
