Went here for the first time yesterday evening, the place is gorgeous! Giant windows in the front & every area has a different atmosphere! Had the salmon tartare & beer muscles to share & the muscles were so good! Will definitely have them again. The salmon tartare was missing a bit of flavour. Will be going back!
Came here for an event & although the place was packed, the service was excellent! The brisket sandwich & poutine were delicious, & there was an interesting selection of beers to try out. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Great new pub with many choices of food & home brew beers on draft. The place is big, has original trendy decor, has small tables & also big long tables for groups. Very nice ambiance overall. It's often busy so it can take a while before you get seated but service is fairly quick.
Siboire once again strikes out at another location. This time it makes full use of the space in Saint Henri. The beers are good & the vibe is casual & busy. Service was great. The large room does make it harder to hear, but perfect for stopping in for a drink & a bite for a 5 a 7.
I met a friend here & it was my first ever visit to Siboire. I very much enjoyed the ambiance & decor. They have many sections to choose from with each one having a different look & feel. The flight of beer samples I had was excellent! The servers were friendly & courteous. I never did try the food but I'm hoping to on my next visit. 😎👍

L'endroit est super c'est beau le service est chaleureux les bières excellentes !! Mais pour notre groupe la nourriture... ratée.. la panure des cornichons frit beaucoup trop épaisse & a bu l'huile... tartare de saumon mixte de goût spécial... Allez surtout pour la bière & l'ambiance.

Great new place in St Henri! Beautiful set-up, friendly staff & the food is DELISH. I recommend the beer tartare, brisket sandwich or poke bowl. They also serve non-alcoholic beer! Will be going back, for sure!
Great 🍺! I use to go to the one on St-Laurent, I'm happy to have a Siboire on Notre-Dame now! Food is ok, beer is amazing. The place is huge, I was really surprised, it really clashes with the rest of Notre-Dame. Anyways, happy to have them here 😊
Awesome spot for beer & food. They offer more than typical bar food, like tacos & brisket poutine. Great service, amazing atmosphere, capacity for large groups as well. 10/10 would recommend :)

So glad this place is here now! I'd just been thinking of how perfect a location it would be for a brewery to post up on Notre Dam. Loved the traditional Czech style Pilsner with the delicious foam head. I'll be back!
we went in it's brand new ness. beer was excellent I got a sweet herby beer. got fish & chips-- it was well fried, big portions. solid brewery to have a big group lunch
C'était une première à la nouvelle succursale du Siboire & ce ne sera clairement pas notre dernière visite! Quelle belle expérience avec notre duo de serveurs formé de Cédric & Caleb qui ont su nous partager leur passion brassicole avec optimisme & professionnalisme! Merci!
Très bel endroit, très grand & plusieurs sections. Grandes fenêtres & lumineux. Très belle sélection de bières de tous les types. Nourriture de pub est excellente, nous avons particulièrement aimé la poutine Al Pastor & les fish n chips. Parfait pour des groupes, ou pour déguster une bière en solo ou à deux au bar. Les prix sont très raisonnables & le service rapide.
