We arrived on time for our reservation & were seated promptly. After ordering appetizers & our meal we waited & waited. More than 45 minutes later came the appetizers & almost 15 more minutes later came the entrees. Our complaints to our waitress & what was said to be management were barely heard, we were offered a free drink or dessert when what we needed was part or most of the meal comped. Good food aside it was a very unpleasant evening.
We waited 50 mins to have the 3 simple dishes we had ordered. The quality of food is decreasing from last time I came. We waited for so long time then the quality & quantity of foods didn't satisfy us. The service is quite good when the waiter offered us for drinks while we were waiting for long time
Merci !
I want to first mention that the food was excellent.
However, we went the evening of the 11th of June to this restaurant before our concert at 8pm. Our reservations were at 6pm. They even had a special menu prepared for patrons attending the concert! Once we were seated, it took maybe 15-20 minutes before anyone came to our table. There was one manager in a suit going around to each table explaining that they were understaffed. I understand that wait staff is hard to find post pandemic. We had also told this manger that we have the show at 8pm. It took at least 45 minutes for that same manager to come around again to take our order which we ordered everything in one go, & we had asked for everything to be served at the same time. We had even asked if it was going to take a long time because of the show, & he had assured us it would not be long. We should not have taken his word. It took an incredibly long time for us to get our drinks, which were on the house which was very nice of this same manager (I forget his name I'm sorry). Our appetizers came in a timely manner, but our main course came only at 7:45, a good 45 minutes after we ordered. Mind you, our show was at 8. We had asked for the bill at around 8:10. Even this process was painstakingly slow. By the time we were able to pay it was 8:30, because for some reason our order was not in the system, & the one waiter that seemed to be working for the whole restaurant had to ask us what we ordered.
At this point I was very annoyed & late for our show, so I had asked to speak to a manager.
I was greeted by a different manager than I had previously dealt with, Ricardo.
When I had told him that while the food was very good, the service was severely lacking. He then got very defensive & told us it was our fault that we didn't tell anyone we had the show. I'm not entirely sure who we were supposed to tell on top of the manager who at this point was the only one who served us. On top of that we had the special show menu. Clearly the communication within the staff is abysmal at best. Ricardo continued to have an attitude saying that him & the other manager are two different people. Like I'm psychic & supposed to know who's a manager & who's not a manager. Ricardo then said next time we go eat there to ask for him & he'll comp us a round of drinks. I wasn't asking for anything to be comped, but an apology would have been nice instead of being met with defensiveness & being told it was our fault that we were late. Not only that, the ONLY time staffed actually paid attention to us was when I was in the washroom & my friend was waiting for me after we had paid, one hostess actually had to audacity to ask if we had paid. So, clearly you can treat your patrons like we don't exist until it's time to pay. Great. By the time we paid & left it was closer to 8:45. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by restaurant staff & management.
We will never be going back, you can keep your free drinks. I would give the service 0 stars if I could.

The wait staff was pleasant but overworked, which delayed service of taking the drink order, delivering cocktails, & taking the meal order. Once the meal was served to the side party room, the evening was fantastic, including the food & drinks.

Thank you so much for hosting us (group of 11) at your beautiful & elegant restaurant.
The food & drinks were just perfect. I can tell that the management puts a lot of effort on making sure that the food & personnel are high quality.
Thank you to our server Olivier! you truly know how to host a big group, you had a lot of patience & kept us smiling with your comments.
For sure we will return once we are back in town.
Thank you again!
Went there with a dear friend on a Thursday evening. We love this restaurant for a perfect combination of delicious Thai, ambience, drinks & lounge music.
The outdoor setup downtown is really inviting & with a very zen setup. The food is delectable as always. Lighting & faint music just right to have conversations with friends & enjoy some
Of the best of what downtown Montréal has to offer.
