I'm sorry to say this, but the drink didn't taste good at all
Stopping at Shuyi is turning into a tradition for us every time we are passing through, we are craving one of their delicious bubble tea to have in hand while seeing the sights & searching out more delicious bites! Their drinks never disappoint!
You can't go wrong with Shuyi. I think that of all the choices available in the market right now, they are the reference standard. In terms of flavors, combinations & consistency. On a hot summer day touristing in chinatown, it just feels like the right thing to do! 🥤
I came to this location 3 years ago on vacation , today I am very excited to come back again, however the bubble tea (taro ball meet brown sugar) has very little boba in it, totally not what the photo they advertise. 3 years ago , I remember they have lots of toppings in their drinks to the point it fills you. This time it's so water down, photo shows it has taro, boba & grass jelly & I can only find little boba & nothing else. Very disappointing to come here all the way for this.
This is just a review for the mango pomelo sago. It's a great drink!
I wanted a medium size, but they only had large cups at the time. It was $8.25 CAD for the large drink. They made it so quickly. This is a pick up & leave type of place. No seating; no bathroom.
Credit card accepted. This is located in Chinatown. It's a small storefront, so it's easily missed.
Good taste & service, but they commit a cardinal sin of bubble tea shops : too much ice!
& I'm going to be nitpicky here … but it's hard to break through the plastic cover with the paper straw. You have to bring it down hard & it will cause a little spill.
Anyway! Very very refreshing on a hot summer night.
J'ai essayé pour la première fois Shuyi le 2025-07-07 & j'ai pris un' Signature Thé au lait aux Gelées d'Herbes' & c'était excellent. Je recommande!
I bought a hot grass jelly drink, but the grass jelly tasted like medicine-very gross. They also added dried raisins, which made it even worse. The only good part was the chewy taro, & the guy who served me was nice. However, I will never spend a cent on that disgusting drink again. 🤮
The service is amazing, & tea is the best. Gonna come again
great drinks, HORRIBLE service. The girl who calls the numbers out barely speaks english & it's hard to understand which number she's saying. I went to grab my drinks & turned them to double check them & she literally yanked them out of my hands & said "no!". You should revisit your hiring & train them to be polite.
Disappointing experience as the drink comes with a poor taste (synthetic, watered down flavours). In addition, there was loads of ice added without asking for my preferences. It is overpriced for the ingredients that were used. M
It tastes different than the Shuji from Toronto, Toronto Shuyi way muchhhh better!!! I feel so sad GETTING THE drink from here!! 😭😔
Best buble tea in Montreal! Mango green tea is the best!
Little tea shop in the corner. I could not see it until the second day come back again to look for the shop, it is right next to the Chinese popular restaurant. Recommend to try when in Chinatown.
i took the pomelo mango sago thing it was BUMPING worth the price
