We took our drinks to go home & got the watermelon crush tea. The person forgot to put the lychee jelly in it so there is no sweetness in the drink. Paid almost $10 to just drink watermelon tea juice :/
They should use clear cups instead of these solid white cups, can't even see if our drink is correct or not
Very nice people & the drinks are good. We dont drink coconut milk & had ordered a drink without knowing it had coconut milk in it. We told them after receiving the drink that we dont drink coconut milk & they replaced the drink for us. Impeccable service!
This branch is the worst of the Shuyis. I guess different owner. The signature drink is so diluted. It tasted so bland, i always end up throwing away my drink in the end... Lesson learned, even if i'm craving it, i will not buy it at this branch unfortunately...
Stopped by for two Strawberry Bobo Yogurts & they were so good! Fresh, creamy, & not overly sweet. The strawberry flavor tasted natural, Service was friendly & the drinks came out quickly. Definitely a spot I'll come back to whenever I'm in Chinatown. Highly recommend!
We came here twice on our trip visiting Montreal. The service was good & the drinks use real fruit & were all made fresh! I recommend stopping by if you're in Chinatown. ❤?
There are places that simply serve drinks, & then there is Shuyi Tealicious. From the very first sip, it was clear that this was bubble tea crafted with care-perfectly balanced, delightfully refreshing, & worth every penny.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was the young Chinese gentleman behind the counter. He carried himself with remarkable professionalism & warmth, serving every customer with genuine kindness & effortless efficiency. It's rare to encounter someone whose hospitality leaves as lasting an impression as the product itself, yet he managed exactly that.
A great drink may bring you through the door, but exceptional service is what invites you back. Shuyi Tealicious has both in abundance. If excellence could be poured into a cup, this establishment has mastered the recipe.
We used to come here every time for bubble tea last year & enjoyed it a lot. This year, we came today 11/06 in the afternoon, took the usual order, it didn't have any taste, so bland, a minute after tried getting a refund, & was told that she can add more sugar but no refunds lol. Never coming back ✌🏻 Sadly, my favorite bubble tea place is not there anymore. Good thing there are so many more on the same street.
Edit after the store's reply: If by substantial portion you mean 3 sips, then okay. I came back 1 minute after I tried it. My intention was not to have a free drink. I had to throw away $17 in the bin because I was not going to be drinking that. The reason why I did not want anything changed because the staff was not nice to me or understanding. I did not have faith in her ability to fix the quality issue.
