We used to come here every time for bubble tea last year & enjoyed it a lot. This year, we came today 11/06 in the afternoon, took the usual order, it didn't have any taste, so bland, a minute after tried getting a refund, & was told that she can add more sugar but no refunds lol. Never coming back ✌🏻 Sadly, my favorite bubble tea place is not there anymore. Good thing there are so many more on the same street.
Edit after the store's reply: If by substantial portion you mean 3 sips, then okay. I came back 1 minute after I tried it. My intention was not to have a free drink. I had to throw away $17 in the bin because I was not going to be drinking that. The reason why I did not want anything changed because the staff was not nice to me or understanding. I did not have faith in her ability to fix the quality issue.
Got a lemon strawberry oolong, soooo delicious! & the employee was so kind!
J'y retournerai certainement !
It looks like this place is going to close down soon. Every time my girlfriend & I come, it's closed, even though Google says it's open.
On the rare occasions when it was open, the quality wasn't very good. Prices were a bit cheaper than other places in the area, but that doesn't really make up for the inconsistency & poor experience.
Very disappointing overall.
Loved the milk tea here! Super rich flavor & perfect for this freezing Montreal weather. Glad we found this place near the snow. Highly recommend if you want a good warm drink!
Stopping at Shuyi is turning into a tradition for us every time we are passing through, we are craving one of their delicious bubble tea to have in hand while seeing the sights & searching out more delicious bites! Their drinks never disappoint!
You can't go wrong with Shuyi. I think that of all the choices available in the market right now, they are the reference standard. In terms of flavors, combinations & consistency. On a hot summer day touristing in chinatown, it just feels like the right thing to do! 🥤
I came to this location 3 years ago on vacation , today I am very excited to come back again, however the bubble tea (taro ball meet brown sugar) has very little boba in it, totally not what the photo they advertise. 3 years ago , I remember they have lots of toppings in their drinks to the point it fills you. This time it's so water down, photo shows it has taro, boba & grass jelly & I can only find little boba & nothing else. Very disappointing to come here all the way for this.
