Shoji Sushi offre des sushis et sashimis d'une fraîcheur remarquable, des plats créatifs et une présentation soignée, servis par un personnel attentif dans une ambiance chaleureuse et cosy. Le choix est varié, du sushi classique à l'omakase premium, avec des poissons comme wagyu, uni, foie gras et toro, et les portions restent généreuses sans sacrifier la qualité. L'expérience est globalement très positive: service impeccable, cadre agréable et saveurs équilibrées, et la possibilité de take-out permet de profiter de la fraîcheur à domicile; quelques retours évoquent des prix élevés ou des délais ponctuels, mais l'ensemble demeure très favorable et donne envie de revenir pour savourer les meilleurs sushis et sashimis.
Lors de ma récente visite à Shoji, restaurant japonais réputé de Saint-Lambert, j'ai eu la chance de redécouvrir les délices de la cuisine nippone. Cette soirée s'est révélée être une véritable ode à la fraîcheur des produits & au savoir-faire des chefs. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné. Le cadre élégant & intimiste du restaurant a immédiatement créé une atmosphère propice à la dégustation. Sur les conseils avisés du sommelier, j'ai opté pour une bière japonaise aux notes subtiles d'agrumes, un accord parfait pour commencer ce voyage gustatif. Le menu omakase, sans maki, s'est révélé être une succession de surprises. Le sashimi de kanpachi, d'une fraîcheur incomparable, était sublimé par une sauce sucrée délicatement parfumée. Le nigiri signature, avec son ventre de saumon torché & son foie gras, était une véritable explosion de saveurs en bouche, un mariage audacieux & parfaitement équilibré. Mais c'est sans doute la sélection de nigiri secrets qui m'a le plus impressionné. Chaque pièce était une véritable oeuvre d'art, réalisée avec des produits d'une qualité exceptionnelle. L'association de l'akami avec l'uni de Vancouver était une découverte gustative inoubliable, tout comme la fondant de l'o'toro & du chu toro. Pour clôturer ce repas d'exception, un plateau de sashimi d'une fraîcheur inégalée a achevé de me convaincre. Chaque bouchée était un véritable éloge à la mer. Shoji est bien plus qu'un simple restaurant japonais. C'est une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine raffinée & authentique. Le service impeccable, le cadre élégant & surtout, la qualité exceptionnelle des produits font de ce lieu une référence dans le domaine de la gastronomie nippone. The staff here are incredibly nice & accommodating, making the experience all the more enjoyable. But what truly stands out is the food-it's not an exaggeration to say this is the best sushi I've ever had! Fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. I can't recommend this place enough!

This sushi spot is a true hidden gem. The place is small & private, with a super calm ambiance-perfect for an intimate dining experience. I highly recommend making a reservation. We opted for the tasting menu with three services, & it was nothing short of spectacular. The chef even surprised us with a few extra specialties on the house, which was such a thoughtful touch. The combination of flavors in every dish was unique & fascinating, taking traditional sushi to an entirely new level. While the price is a bit steep, it's completely justified for the freshness, craftsmanship, & originality of the sushi. If you're looking for an unforgettable sushi experience, this is the place to go.
One of my favorite sushi spots in Brossard, this place is a hidden gem. The service is truly 5-star, with friendly, attentive staff who make you feel welcome. The sushi is fresh & flavorful, & the ambiance adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality, & parking was hassle-free. I highly recommend this spot for a date night. It's an all-around great experience.

For our 11th wedding anniversary, my wife & I decided to celebrate at Shoji restaurant in Brossard. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the Japanese ambiance-it's a beautifully decorated place that feels both elegant & welcoming. The staff were friendly & attentive, making us feel at ease right away. I did mention to our server that we were celebrating our anniversary, but initially, nothing special was done to acknowledge it. At the end of the evening, they did surprise us with a complimentary shooter of sake to mark the occasion, which was a nice touch, even though it came a bit later than I expected. Now, on to the food. I started with the Mango & Dragon Eye Maki, & I have to say, it was really good. The flavors were fresh, & the presentation was spot on. My wife ordered the Ichiban combo, & we both noticed how big the sushi pieces were compared to what you usually get elsewhere. This was a pleasant surprise-definitely more than we expected. I also had the miso soup as an entrée, which was a nice, warm start to the meal. My wife opted for the octopus ceviche, but unfortunately, it arrived way later than expected. However, the staff handled it well by deciding not to charge us for it, which I appreciated. Despite the delay, the ceviche was delicious. Shoji isn't cheap, but the portions are generous, & the freshness of the ingredients really stands out. In my opinion, the price is justified given the quality & the experience. This is definitely a restaurant I'd keep in mind for special occasions or a nice date night. Overall, we had a great time at Shoji. Despite a couple hiccups, the food was delicious, & the atmosphere made it a memorable evening. Thanks to the staff for the great service & compliment to the kitchen staff for their work ethic that really translates in the food they presented to us. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience in Brossard.

Best sushi on the south shore. They have innovative rolls & very fresh fish! My go to orders are the chirashi bowl & the eel maki roll. The chirashi has a generous amount of fish & is excellent value. The eel roll contains foie gras as well & has a nice balance of sweet & smokey along with the floralness of the chiso leaf. Also recommend trying their omakase! Amazing value for the amount of food you get! For a 140$ for 2 people, it came with a platter of sashimi, 4 nigiri, 16 maki rolls & a crudo dish. On the Friday we went, the omakase came with complimentary sake. The yuzu sake was incredible. The service was also great & will definitely be coming back!
Easily the best sushi restaurant in the South Shore. Menu includes both classic & innovative dishes. The fish selection is wonderful & so fresh! Service is super friendly for both dine in & takeout. Highly recommended!
Great place for sushi! We ordered the omakase & deluxe bento & it was an amazing experience! Everything was beautifully presented & tasted great. Our server was also super friendly & did not rush us out after lunch hours. I would recommend to call to make reservations, & you can find parking behind the building in case it's full in front.

You guys are a star in the restaurant business. You over the years have only gotten better & better & I am always thrilled with the marvellous combination of flavours & the culinary voyage you bring us on throughout the meal. Cannot wait to be back & would so highly recommend for everyone to get one of the best omakase experience in the country
Decided to try a new sushi spot: good reviews, nice website, my order was prepared right in time. But, I didn't expect it would be the tasteless sushi I've ever tried: burnt fried rolls, the rice itself wasn't tasty, burnt onion in some rolls, not even cut & huge pieces falling apart. So I can't recommend the place until I know there's a new chef
Nous avons pris le menu dégustation à $160 excellent & différent des sushis plus traditionnels. Service a la hauteur de la nourriture!! Je recommande!!

This place was recommended to us by a friend. We tried it with high expectations as we're sushi lovers. We placed a pick up order, they forgot to add our limonade, soft shell crab, extra mayo we paid for, so we had to go back. They didn't compensate for anything when we went back, I had to wait 15 minutes for things to be ready. I was hoping the sushis would make up for the missing items, they unfortunately didn't. Everything was ok, however for $120 for 2, I was expecting way more. Rolls were very basic & & lacked taste. Items were fresh, bug yet again extremely basic. For the price there are better sushi places out there.
We've only ordered through uber so far, so this review is solely about the food. We highly recommend their chirashi bowl, it is filled with fresh & flavorful ingredients & the rice is always perfect!
Fantastic place for sushi. Experienced staff helped us through our selection. Good wine list & cocktails were great. Highly recommend this hidden gem in St .Lambert
