I'm staying at a nearby Airbnb & decided to order sushi from Shinka Sushi. I ordered the salmon paradise roll & an order of sweet potato tempura. I was so excited, because I've always wished I could by only sweet potato tempura without the other vegetables. I only had to come all the way from Virginia to Canada to find it. The salmon paradise roll was delicious. It had fresh salmon inside, with cream cheese & avocado, & smoked salmon on the top. It really didn't need any soy sauce, just a little wasabi. The salmon on the inside was fresh & the smoked salmon was perfect. The sweet potato tempura was crisp, with panko crumbs around the outside, & it paired well with the sesame flavored mayonnaise based sauce that cam with it.Voir plus

Melting good 🤤 This is how our take out dinner was. Every single sushi was lovely, but I particularly loved the Volcano & Ocean ones. The Spicy Scallop Hozomaki was also yummy.

Cet endroit est pas mal toujours ouvert & la qualité des sushis est impeccable. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Cest très facile de commander en ligne. Le personnel est super sympathique & accommode la majorité du temps si on veut faire des petits changements. Un de mes rouleaux coup de coeur est le Fantasia (5mcx), il est vraiment gros comme un maki de printemps, mais sans riz. Je le commande au saumon au lieu de thon, il est délicieux!Voir plus

We took the 15 sushis combos & a bol. The sushis were so GOOD!. Excellent taste & texture, nothing undercooked or overcooked. The bol was full of flavors & different vegetables. I ate at other sushi shops & this one is still the winner for me!! The inside of the place is also cozy & cute. Not too long of a waiting time. 100% recommended!!!!!Voir plus
