SHAY earns high praise for its vibrant atmosphere, flavorful modern Lebanese cuisine, and consistently attentive service, with guests noting generous portions and standout items like mezze dips and lamb dishes, shakshuka and baklava pancakes; brunch shines with creative twists such as shawarma eggs Benedict and labneh, while cocktails and a lively DJ vibe add to the welcoming, upbeat experience and make many say they will definitely return.
The pancakes are beautiful, & the garnishing is a lovely touch. Unfortunately, their taste does not match their appearance - they were too dry & had a distinctly floury taste/texture, which was disappointing. If you're on the hunt for the best pancakes, I'd recommend trying Arthur's instead. Shay does redeem itself in its ambience & excellent service. Their lamb reuben is both a unique brunch offering & well-made; perhaps a savoury dish is safer to order at Shay? Still, given its inconvenient location & price point, I wouldn't consider Shay worth returning to. But I don't regret our decision to try it: it's worth checking off the list if you got it there!
J'ai été hier pour une première fois & j'ai absolument adoré! La bouffe était délicieuse & excellente. Aussi eu un service á la clientèle incroyable . Je recommande fortement Kat , elle nous a donné un service impeccable ! J'étais indécise sur mes choix & elle m'a recommandé & conseillé de très bon plats & boissons . Tout les serveurs sont vraiment chaleureux & accueillants & venait s'assurer si on avait besoin de rien de temps en temps ce dont j'ai apprécié énormément . J'étais pas déçus du tout car c'était tout simplement succulents !!! Je reviendrais 100%.
It was amazing, Pamela is so nice! She is supper friendly & recommended us lamb & Armenian kebab, the quality of the food was perfect! Such a luxurious restaurant!
Excellent restaurant si vous y allez, je vous recommande d'être servi par Nizar. Malgré un problème avec nos boissons, il a su être super aidant. Un must en termes de professionnalisme & de qualités humaines. Pour la nourriture, tout est sorti vite & tout était excellent, je recommande FORTEMENT les pancakes au Baklava. Encore merci à Nizar pour son bel accueil & à la cuisine pour la qualité de la nourriture.

Love the food here. Well presented dishes, tasted so good ! The staff are very lovely & friendly! The ambience is so chic! So much action to sit at the bar ! Highly recommended place for a Fun date, or group of friends Also I personally found at the table are family friendly for brunch too. Cons : Coffee ☕ is not that good ! Again it's not a place to go there to have coffee. Well at least, I hope they would get someone to really learn how to make coffee would be a plus.
On était un groupe, donc le menu était à 55$ par personne. Vraiment grosse quantité de bouffe c'était vraiment parfait! Je recommande pour les gros groupes.
Really good service but way overpriced. $165 per person for dinner! We didn't even have 3 courses - we shared a starter. Wouldn't return or recommend I'm afraid.
Nous avons passé un magnifique moment, servis par Pamela. Nous avons pu découvrir de très bons cocktails grâce à ses recommendations puis de très bons plats, le plat de dumpling, le loup de mer ansi que l'agneau. Nous les avons partagé à 3 & avons pu être rassasié. C'était notre première fois là-bas & nous le recommandons, demandez pour Pamela lorsque vous réserverez au téléphone. Une superbe soirée de À à Z, des cocktails au dessert.

Delicious brunch & ideal for sharing! A great blend of traditional flavors & popular dishes, like the baklava pancake. Also recommend the mushroom benedict !
This was our favorite restuarant / meal of our vacation. Atmosphere-wise - it was more fancy inside than I thought it would be. Not to say that my jeans were out of place, but it looked very high end. Our service was outstanding & our waiter was very attentive & gave great recommendations. The manager even came over to see how everything was. Food-wise - we got (in order of preference): Armenian Kebab; Mouhamara (red pepper / pomegranate); Lamb Kebab; Brussel Sprouts. The combination of all of it was a lot of food - so next time, I would ditch the Brussel Sprouts - which was our least fave. It wasn't to say that we didn't like them - but compared to the other outstanding dishes, they paled in comparison. The Armenian Kebab was fantastic & a huge dish with potatoes, too. The Mouhamara was different than what we had in the States - but even better. The Lamb Kebab was also delicious with the pickled red onions. We loved the restaurant & would recommend it to all!
We were there for a friend's birthday, & Audrey was an AMAZING help! Super fun energy, & she curated a great assortment of Shay favourites for us to try that left us all wowed! Definitely recommend!
Recommended by a friend & we went there for dinner. Definitely lives up to its recommendation. The food was flavorful & delicious with amazing mix of ingredients. If you get Audrey as your server take her recommendations cause she is amazing & she knows what pairs well with the food you are trying to order. I would recommend getting the falafel & the amazing hot drink (genie's cup) that we tried. Also be ready to share food its more of a sharing thing but on your table only 😊
