Food was expensive & not cooked properly. Ordered bénédictine eggs with mushrooms, 24$. Plate arrived it's 2 eggs cooked all the way through on a single piece of toast with mushrooms. Honestly the meal was very tasty apart from the egg not at all being bénédictine. Showed my plate to the waiter when he came back. He told the kitchen, that's it.
Honestly I almost didn't say anything for my eggs but there were also other things going wrong.
When ordering a mokaccino I asked for extra whipped cream on it, the drink he brought had no whipped cream on it. Had to ask him to bring it back.
2 (out of 3) of the wine glasses that were brought for our drinks were dirty (one had a food bit on it the other white drops on it), had to return them.
My friend ordered baklava crepes, they brought her pancakes (she doesnt like pancakes). We felt bad cause it felt like we were complaining on everything, we didn't say anything for the pancakes.
Ended up paying 42$ for a toast with 2 hardboiled eggs & a mokaccino, issues with both of those items. :/
Had a super lovely brunch at Shay on a Saturday. Dhris was our server & was fantastic, gave us great recommendations & over all great service ! Would for sure recommend
Had the Hummus , shawarma egg Benedict, mushroom egg Benedict & the matcha French toast , Shay chai & cortado
Shay was great but listen we had the best waitress Sabrina! She was so kind & quick, she was helpful & efficient. The food & atmosphere were good, so many choices (also shout out to the construction company & architects for the space) but service was top notch even though they were so busy. Would highly recommend!

We took brunch at SHAY. The service was very friendly & fast. The food was very tasty & it included a lot of vegetarian options. They had a live DJ which played nice music (not too loud). 100% recommend
Belle expérience au Shay. Du service à la cuisine, on y retrouve un professionnalisme qu'on ne voit plus beaucoup de nos jours. Notre serveuse était dévouée & avait une parfaite maîtrise de la carte. L'ambiance est zen, autant pour un dîner en couple qu'entre amis. Je recommande.
Superbe brunch chez Shay. La cuisine était excellente : des plats savoureux, bien présentés & faits avec des ingrédients frais. Le service a aussi fait toute la différence : Paula a été attentionnée, efficace & très sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Came here for a Valentine's Day dinner, & had the best experience from food to service. Our server Shawn came through with the best vibe & recommendations, like the Brussels sprouts & lamb chops, making our experience here extra pleasant! Definitely recommend, & would come here again ☺?
Rien à dire, très bel endroit, la nourriture était excellente & le serveur était super sympa & nous a mis à l'aise du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant!
Fantastic brunch! Everything looked good on the menu, a star meant chef's recommendations, plus our server Sabrina pointed out her personal favs. We went with her suggestions & enjoyed them so much. Highly recommend the Lamb leg & eggplant tartine & shakshouka. Very flavourful & filling.
We Had a delicious darling experience there was lots of choice of food & it was all fresh & flavorful. The service was excellent, especially our waiter Aidan.
It was a warm & welcoming vibe. I highly recommend it!
