Shay was great but listen we had the best waitress Sabrina! She was so kind & quick, she was helpful & efficient. The food & atmosphere were good, so many choices (also shout out to the construction company & architects for the space) but service was top notch even though they were so busy. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic brunch! Everything looked good on the menu, a star meant chef's recommendations, plus our server Sabrina pointed out her personal favs. We went with her suggestions & enjoyed them so much. Highly recommend the Lamb leg & eggplant tartine & shakshouka. Very flavourful & filling.
We Had a delicious darling experience there was lots of choice of food & it was all fresh & flavorful. The service was excellent, especially our waiter Aidan.
It was a warm & welcoming vibe. I highly recommend it!
I visited SHAY today & had a wonderful experience. I ordered the lamb with eggplant, & it was excellent. The flavors were authentic & well-balanced, & you can tell the ingredients are high quality.
The lamb was tender, & the side of crispy potatoes & pickled red cabbage provided the perfect contrast. If you're looking for great Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine with a modern touch, this is a fantastic spot. The food tastes as good as it looks!

Shawn at Shay is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel completely welcomed & taken care of. He has that perfect mix of kindness, humor, & genuine attentiveness that turns an ordinary visit into the highlight of your day. Shawn doesn't just provide great service-he creates a whole vibe. The plates looked nice but the taste was mediocre. My friend & I went on Sunday & our food came fast which was nice but it was cold & the quality was subpar. Definitely wouldnt rave about it to others. I think there are way better Middle Eastern restaurants in Montreal to hit up with fresh ingredients.
There was a draft by the windows & we didn't really get checked on. Overall I wouldn't recommend.
I had to get on here & give a review because this restaurant did not disappoint in any criteria!! I came here for brunch with my dad & ordered the Shakshuka (delicious & portion size is amazing) the Salmon dish was so fresh, & the Figs were juicy & sweet. Everything was spot on. Ambiance? 10/10, music choice? 10/10 (Frank Ocean, Sade, it doesn't get better) & the SERVICE is what makes this place memorable. Sean gave us shots on the house, Anthony made us laugh & Sabrina gave us the Dubai Chocolate French toasts on the house 🥹 She's a sweetheart btw, def ask for her when you're here! They're all so sweet & they made my father's trip to Montreal so much more special by treating him with so much warmth & love ✨ Customer service makes all the big difference when it comes to a restaurant experience so I highly recommend this place to everyone 💕

Overall had an amazing experience, im visiting from Toronto to see a couple of buddies & this was one of the locations they've made me visit in my time here & let me tell you it was fantastic. I had chicken n waffles great experience great waiter, & great food yummers!!! 😝👅il definitely be coming back here if I ever make my way back to Montreal. Highly recommend this location to any other tourist in the area
Anne was an amazing waitress. She suggested some of the best food to us & was super kind. I highly recommend their lamb kebab & their roasted red pepper dip. Also, try their baklava tiramisu.
I've been to this restaurant many times now & today I got served by Sabrina & the quality of her service is what prompted me to write this google review: she was very attentive to our table, always making sure we're not missing anything & even managed to get us places on the terrace even though it was pretty full. I wish every restaurants had service like that. Highly recommended if you like trying different cuisine whilst having a good experience.
