The lady who welcomed me was super friendly & helpful. She explained the menu to me & helped me decide what to have.
The shwarma sandwich was superb! The'meat' was really good, sometimes I find vegan meats overpowering or with weird textures but this was perfect. The veggies in the wrap were crisp & fresh too!

The food was amazing & arrived quickly. The location had great parking & big windows that look into the street. Their drinks are so fresh & pressed on site.
The service was also fabulous.
Khal & Halima treated us the best way we have been treated in Canada.
The gastronomic experience was beyond words & the quality, taste & freshness is unmatched.
Sham Mont-Royal is truly an amazing vegan spot! 🌱 The food is absolutely unbelievable 🤤 - so fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is cozy, & everything on the menu feels made with care. This will definitely be one of my favorite places from now on!
Healthy yet yummy vegetarian food! My vegan shawarma sandwich was fantastic! The wrap is toast so it's crispy & solid, normally I would avoid sandwich because it's dropping while I was eating, but this time it wasn't. The mushroom replaced meat inside was flavored. Homemade juice was fresh. Service is efficient & friendly. Dining environment was quiet & pleasant, Syrian vibes reassured my last summer moment in Montreal.
Unbelievable flavours, everything was fresh & well presented. I came here to try the Labneh, something I miss since giving up dairy & this vegan version did not disappoint. My non vegan hubby loved the savoury pancake at brunch. Highly recommend Sham.

I'm not a vegan, but I was genuinely impressed by the quality of food at Sham Restaurant. Every dish was not only fresh & full of flavor but beautifully presented as well, you can tell they put care into both taste & appearance. The service was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, & professional throughout the meal. Whether you're vegan or not, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's clear they take pride in what they serve. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

We had heard good things about this place, but we were still pleasantly surprised by just how good the food was! Each dish was a lovely combination of fresh ingredients, resulting in creative & delicious food.
During our visit, we enjoyed a mix of items from the regular menu & the brunch menu, & everything was simply exceptional. The tapas-style dining allowed us to explore a variety of flavors, & we could not get enough! One standout was the wonderfully crafted omelette with potatoes.
To complement our meal, we enjoyed their giant cocktails, which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The entire dining atmosphere was a treat for the senses; the decor was absolutely stunning, featuring a comfortable & zen aesthetic that made us feel right at home.
Lastly, I must mention the service, which was exceptionally good. The staff were attentive & genuinely welcoming, contributing to the overall positive experience.
They offer a unique blend of flavors & experiences in a beautiful setting, & we will be returning to try more of their incredible menu!

By far the best vegan restaurant in Montreal! My boyfriend & I have tried many vegan restaurants over the years but none compare to sham! First of all the service is great, the employees are super sweet & cater to all your needs & questions. The food is incredible. So flavourful, fresh & good portions! We have come for supper & breakfast & we will for sure be coming back time & time again! My favourite thing to order is the lemon mint juice it is so fresh & delicious! The egg burger has a tasty sauce inside that gives a wonderful flavour to the mushrooms & onions, & the white sauce that is served on the side of the tots is so creamy! The pancakes are nice & crunchy on the outside & fluffy in the middle. The omelette tastes just like real egg but is very light! The shami kebabs are definitely something you need to try, such amazing flavour. All in all 10/10 across the board!
Sham offers delicious food! It is fresh, flavorful & there is a lovely variety of options. The falafel are the best I've ever had. The garlic sauce is my favorite! Highly recommended!
This place was AMAZING! Everything was delicious: the salads & falafel were flavourful, fresh, & beautifully plated. The service was quick & very friendly. My dog was welcomed on the patio, which I appreciated!

The food was incredibly fresh & flavorful & the hostess was sooo lovely. The sumac cocktail was not my favourite, but it was more a matter of taste rather than execution
I came here for lunch & was very impressed. At first I thought the prices were a little high but when the food came out & I tasted it, I was very happy. It is worth the price. The quality, flavours & presentation were incredible. I became vegan a long time ago & wanted to try the labneh & the lamb kebab & another kebab that resembled ground beef. The flavours & the spices made my mouth water. The labneh isn't as "sour" & salty as I remembered but it was so long ago when I had the dairy I cannot tell. Nonetheless I devoured it. They gave generous portions of salad which I love. Most restos skimp on the salad & give you more fries & rice because it is cheaper than fresh veggies. I would love to try more on the menu but will do so next time with friends so we can go crazy & order a bunch of things to try & share. The waitress is so kind & hospitable. I felt like I was eating at a family member's home. I am looking forward to going again & trying something else from that menu.
We each ordered a skewer plate, including the lamb, chicken, Turmeric chicken & the shami kebab. Everything was absolutely scrumptious! They took care with the presentation, the portions were generous, & the service was exceptional. We ordered a Pineapple juice & a strawberry juice. They are very large, fresh & soooo delicious!!! Given all of these positive points, we didn't mind that it was a little pricey, the quality totally justified it! We will return!
We came for lunch on the terasse. All the staff were welcoming & friendly. They were very happy to explain & recommend dishes. We had the kebab & lamb skewers along side the Mulukhiyah: Everything was flavourful, well presented & fresh. Definitely the best vegan meats we have had on the island! The cocktail I was recommended ( the Damascus blossom) was well balanced & paired well with the meal. 10/10 recommend
I had an exceptional experience at this vegan restaurant. Whether seated inside or on the terrace, the pleasant weather made it enjoyable. The open kitchen provided an engaging view of meal preparation, & the staff maintained cleanliness with hairnets. As a vegan restaurant, its diverse, intriguing, & delicious menu is served in beautiful, high-quality dishes. Everything was clean, with fresh ingredients & hot meals. The owners, a kind Syrian & Moroccan couple, add authentic decorations, including impressive handmade artworks. Highly recommended.
