Wow! Amazing food! Beautiful presentation! Excellent service! We got the mixed spreads, jaz maz & the mixed fruit pancakes! Food exceeded all expectations & the flavour experience was phenomenal!

So good! Dream come true to eat shish taouk again after being vegan for over a decade. I don't think I ever understood the power of seasoning until I ate here. Everything is so flavorful & complex. It's a beautiful symphony. Very kind people working there too.

I visited Sham today & was blown away. The service was warm & genuine, the atmosphere incredibly welcoming, & the food absolutely delicious. Every dish tasted lovingly prepared - it truly felt like eating in someone's home. A beautiful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Sham Mont-Royal is truly an amazing vegan spot! 🌱 The food is absolutely unbelievable 🤤 - so fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is cozy, & everything on the menu feels made with care. This will definitely be one of my favorite places from now on!
Beautiful restaurant with fantastic food & warm, welcoming service. I had the'plate 2 skewers' & asked the server if she could make recommendations as they have many choices. She gave me one that looked & tasted like beef & a spicy chicken skewer. Everything was delicious & the portions were enormous. Thanks Sham for a great experience 😊
I'm not a vegan, but I was genuinely impressed by the quality of food at Sham Restaurant. Every dish was not only fresh & full of flavor but beautifully presented as well, you can tell they put care into both taste & appearance. The service was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, & professional throughout the meal. Whether you're vegan or not, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's clear they take pride in what they serve. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

My husband & I had an incredible meal here the other night. It was our last night in Montreal & had it not been, we would have gone a second time. The staff greeted us like family, welcoming us into the space, answering our questions about the menu with a clear passion for the food. Everything was delicious, well seasoned & presented beautifully. Stand out items were the mouhomara, shish tauouk & kebab hendi. Even the hummus seemed special. The staff showcased other plates as they came out to show us what we could order next time as there were so many options that appealed we had had a hard time deciding what to order. Will definitely be back!

What makes it stand out is that it's entirely vegan. 🌱 It's quite rare to find Middle Eastern dishes made accessible for those who don't eat meat, & Sham truly masters it. The flavors were exceptional, with a beautiful balance of spices & richness. ✨ I thoroughly enjoyed the food, & the decor is tasteful & welcoming. A great spot I'll definitely be returning to!

Ce qui rend l'endroit unique, c'est que tout est 100 % vegan. 🌱 C'est assez rare de trouver des plats moyen-orientaux accessibles aux personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande, & Sham le fait à merveille. Les saveurs sont incroyables, avec un bel équilibre d'épices. ✨ J'ai beaucoup aimé ce restaurant, & la décoration est tout aussi réussie : élégante & chaleureuse. Une très belle découverte !

We had heard good things about this place, but we were still pleasantly surprised by just how good the food was! Each dish was a lovely combination of fresh ingredients, resulting in creative & delicious food.
During our visit, we enjoyed a mix of items from the regular menu & the brunch menu, & everything was simply exceptional. The tapas-style dining allowed us to explore a variety of flavors, & we could not get enough! One standout was the wonderfully crafted omelette with potatoes.
To complement our meal, we enjoyed their giant cocktails, which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The entire dining atmosphere was a treat for the senses; the decor was absolutely stunning, featuring a comfortable & zen aesthetic that made us feel right at home.
Lastly, I must mention the service, which was exceptionally good. The staff were attentive & genuinely welcoming, contributing to the overall positive experience.
They offer a unique blend of flavors & experiences in a beautiful setting, & we will be returning to try more of their incredible menu!
Very cozy restaurant with beautiful decor. I had the shawarma plate & it was so delicious. My kids enjoyed their super fluffy pancakes for brunch. The service was amazing, the two ladies working there were so friendly. It's a very kid friendly place! It was my first time there & I'll definitely be going back when I'm in the area!

The most underrated restaurant in the Plateau! My partner & I agreed that their pancakes were the BEST either of us had ever had in our lives. The Syrian juices were phenomenal - we tried the Blackberry & the Pomegranate Lemon & both were to-die-for. Not to mention the sweet & calming ambience & beautiful interiors. I cannot believe this place is VEGAN too. I cannot wait to come back & bring friends!!
Genuinely the best vegan breakfast I've ever had! Beautiful restaurant atmosphere, the woman serving us was so kind & attentive. The egg burger (with everything on it) was delicious, also the blackberry juice & mint tea. Will be going again & bringing others to try. 10/10
We just arrived in Montreal & by the time we got to the place we are staying, the other vegan options we had pinned near us were closed. My partner did a quick search & up popped Sham. I am SO thankful things worked out this way. We had the moussaka & the two skewers plate & the food was just incredible. Beyond amazing. The space itself was welcoming & warm & our sever was so kind & very helpful with her recommendations. I could eat that moussaka every single day of my life. The combination of flavors was divine. The bar is set quite high now for food in Montreal & we are going to be back at least once during our stay here. Thank you Sham, for such a beautiful & delicious welcome to your city!
Amazing food, especially the beet hummus & tea. The ambiance was beautiful, & the friendly staff made the experience even better. The kids loved watching the tea being poured & had a great time trying on traditional hats for photos!
Welcome to my new favourite restaurant in MTL. This vegan-family run place makes delicious, flavourful & beautiful middle Eastern food. My lovely friend & I celebrated her birthday weekend at this place. The owners & staff are just as amazing & friendly. Please give this cruelty-free fine establishment the attention they deserve when in MTL.
This place was AMAZING! Everything was delicious: the salads & falafel were flavourful, fresh, & beautifully plated. The service was quick & very friendly. My dog was welcomed on the patio, which I appreciated!
