This place has a really nice vibe inside- beautiful decor & lighting. The food was ok, we had tempura shrimp, edamame & dumplings sampler for appetizers which were all great. For mains we had general Tao chicken & the pad sew which were pretty basic & like you would get at Thai express or something. The pad sew was full of mainly bean sprouts & hardly any noodles & these mini shrimps.
I think the part that really wasn't great for us was the attitude of the hostess, server & the actual service. We were greeted & the woman at the front wasn't pleasant at all, took us to our seat dropped the menus off & just left. No smile, no hi how are you. The server came & asked what we wanted to drink, we had to call her over to order our food. We wanted more water & she said no problem & proceeded to walk back to the bar & roll cutlery. We waited 15 minutes before I just got up & asked for the bottle of water myself. Needless to say we won't be back.Voir plus

The ambience is nice & the decor is pretty, although the music was too loud, there was so much noise I could barely hear the people I was eating with.
The service took a really long time, from coming to take our order, to bringing us our drinks (15-20 minutes) & brining us our diner (40min), we waited quite a lot. We believe the servers might have forgotten our food, since we saw the chef serve some tables, & the corner with heating lamps was entirely full.
It is important to add that the restaurant did?t have a lot of customers when we went, there were like 6 other tables.
When we finally got our food, mine was tepid, the plate was hot but not the food. The rice was slightly crusted over, like it was left too long under the heating lamp.
Otherwise the food was really good, I hade the peanut with tofu & it was really good.
Although I don't think I would come back, it was not really enjoyable with the music & the service took too long.Voir plus

Nous avons fait une commande de groupe au nom de « alex » le 17 juillet. Il y avait environ 25 commandes. Vous avez pris la peine d'écrire le nom « sézame » sur les couvercle mais pas les différents nom associé aux commandes alors qu'ils étaient bien visible sur la facture. Une fois la commande reçu , il fallait deviner c'était quoi, en ouvrant chaque assiette. Franchement ce n'est pas une bonne expérience. J'ai finis par manger un repas que je n'avais pas commandé. Tout cela ajouter au repas qui était passable mais sans plus, justifie ma note. Franchement revoyez cela. Vous perdrez des clients juste pour ça .Voir plus

Bonne bouffe & bons drinks, mais un peu cher pour ce que l'ont sert. Service un peu débordé, j'y suis allé pendant le Comiccon & nous avons quand même attendu un peu plus longtemps que ce que j'aurais anticipé. Le personnel est quand même accueillant.Voir plus

This meal was incredible. The restaurant is fun & has a good ambiance inside. The service was quick! Our server Suf was incredible, she was on top of everything, very kind, & gave us great recommendations. She was a top notch server! As for the food, we were really impressed. We ate the tofu pad Thai, vegetable dumplings, & peanut sauce chicken wontons. The wontons & pad Thai were amazing! We wanted to go back the next night for dinner. Pretty good until the waitress tipped herself before handing us the machine to pay. Not normal behavior & I will not come back! Not acceptable in the service industry at all!! I assume they do this often to people who maybe seem like tourists.Voir plus
