Sergiolino offre une ambiance festive et rétro à l'italienne, une atmosphère chaleureuse, des portions généreuses à partager et une nourriture toujours délicieuse. Le service est attentif et souriant, et la décoration et la musique créent des moments de fête propices aux rencontres entre amis ou en famille. Le décor, l'énergie et des tarifs accessibles en font un choix populaire pour les groupes, avec des points forts comme la burrata, le tiramisu et les plats italiens classiques qui donnent envie de revenir.
Starting off, it was difficult to find the restaurant entrance which you would think it would be on the terrace area. But it's in a commonly shared building with other restaurants. Other groups left because they couldn't find the proper entrance. Once we got in, we mentioned we had a reservation & went to set up our table. Hostess came back & said "the kitchen is backed up for 30 mins & we have no seating inside but only outside at the moment" (where it's going to rain later that night but we'll get to that). We decide to eat outside since we don't want to wait 30 mins for a table we reserved inside & the loud music that felt like we are at a club. We all order our food & drinks. Waitress comes back & asks one of the people at the table to verify what they ordered was correct (It's better to be safe than sorry). Moretti beer that given was flat. Appetizers come but they brought out an extra one. when we told the waiter we didn't order it, they said "Whoever is running this table is fucking up" so everyone can hear. This was the moment we know it was going to be a fun night (that's sarcasm). Sauce on the Meatball smelt like Chef Boyardee, I still tasted the freezer burn on the Meatball. Caesar salad, calamari & Antipasto were average at best. Now our main meal came out... for some. First off, the main dishes we received were room temperature, cheese on the Chicken Parmigiana wasn't melted properly, pasta was under cooked & not al dente. Best part was when they brought the wrong dish out, another Chicken Parmigiana while I ordered a Chicken Marsala. I mentioned to the waitress that they brought out the wrong dish & she mentioned everything is fine & we know what you ordered... 20 mins later when everyone at the table finished their food, My food that I ordered finally came out. It was average but at least it was hot compared to the other ones. Waitress also complained to us about the kitchen, the same way they did when they brought the extra appetizer but mentioning they are understaffed & don't have any leadership in there & also saying "We have no Head Chef". Also to mention, when we were having our main dish outside, it started to rain, It was a little drizzle at first but then it started pouring rain. During this, the waiters & waitress were putting the umbrellas over our table covering only a few people while others were getting wet. When the rain started to intensify, we were all getting wet with or without the umbrella over us. For 30 mins this was happening until WE asked the waitress can we go inside to have dessert (which we ordered at the beginning since it was for a friend's birthday). There was space inside before the rain started but I guess they though they could have new customers take those seats instead of us. Now were inside, we get the dessert that was probably the best thing we ate all night, which isn't hard to beat. Now for the bills, we asked for the bills at 11:30PM when we got inside & got our dessert. You would think the bills would come quickly. Well, you would be wrong. We got the first batch of bills at 12AM which we split the birthday boys order among everyone else & everyone else pays for their own dishes of course. Split side of the bill was all wrong & everyone's individual orders were wrong as well. We tell the waitress right away & she went off to fix the issue... 40 mins later, she brings back the bills, some were good & others weren't like my own. We decided to just e-transfer the money we owe the other person instead of asking to fix the bills again because we just wanted to get out of there. At the end, I tipped 5% but I should have given 0% but I didn't know that WE had to ask to go sit inside when it was pouring outside when the restaurant is half empty & service was unacceptable. This is a disgrace to Italian cuisine, overpriced food & the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. There are better restaurants like Prima Luna. If you put this restaurant 5 stars, you're either a friend of the owner or don't know good food or service
Pretty damn amazing! From walking into the place all the way to the dessert, it was awesome! Book in advance, & try & celebrate someone, it's a lot of fun. Tldr.. Get the lemon chicken! Here's how things went down! Group of 5, reserved a few weeks ahead of time. Started with the Burrata & Cesar salad. Delicious & the Cesar is made table side! Probably one of the best I've had. Then we had a pepperoni pizza, Gnocchi in vodka sauce & Rigatoni Bolognese. My goodness! Where has this pasta been all my life! Then the piece de résistance... Chicken Limone! WOW! Just awesome! Had the tiramisu for dessert. It came out in celebration!! 🎊🎉 It's all served family style where we can all share. The ambiance is very 80s. The music, the vibe, the people... All top notch. Definitely worth the visit & worth the wait if you need to reserve in advance.

My wife & I have been here a few times already & we love it every time. The service is always on point & the pace in which the food comes out is impeccable due to the fact that every portion is pretty big so you have ample time to digest the previous course. I love Miami, i love 80's music & of course I love good food.. so if you're like me you know what you have to do.. make that reservation & give them a try.
It was my first time at this restaurant last night & it was wonderful, food fantastic had the Gigi pasta delish, & bruschetta yum, atmosphere incredible great music. I also have to add our waiter Allan, which was so great with us. The decor gives a bit of a Miami vibe, which is really great. Beautiful design inside & great outdoor set up as well. I had the opportunity to meet Jonathan, which was most gracious & I am definitely going back !! Parking in Courtyard hotel great accessibility to resto. Maria
Sat on the terrace last sunday with 3 friends. Food was unreal. Delicious & generous portions. Our waitress was very attentive & super friendly. Awesome overall experience. Even on a Sunday the restaurant was packed & the atmosphere was awesome. Lot's of smiles all around. PS: amazing music. Super nostalgic

Uncertain how this restaurant has so many 5 star ratings. Yes, the decor is well curated & its a fun vibe. But that's about all this place has going for it. Food is over priced & bland at best. Drinks are watered down. Service was super disorganized- waited over 20mins for some water, orders coming out at the wrong time (half the table was given their mains while we still had our entrees). Do yourself a favour - skip this resto & listen to some 80s music at home.

The eggplant parmegiana is excellent, the pepperonata is just like Mrs. D (mom-in-law) use to make & the pizza is delicious. The 1980's decor, music & vintage photos made the experience fun. Thank God we had no reservations as we were placed at the bar & introduced to Sophie & Esmet...service=AWESOME!!! -Grace & Mark
Beautiful & best new Resto in Laval! Just wow ! Food, drinks, desserts & service were fantastic ! The atmosphere was was amazing & fun with 80's music so good! Thank you to Pietro & John for there hospitality :) A must try Resto you will enjoy
We had a blast. Customer service is top notch. We feel like back in the 80s ood decoration wow the only thing is the missing speakers for the terrasse. We could hear the music & the ambience inside but no speakers outside. I strongly recommend they add some of the inside sound outing the terrasse but that was it. Everything else is amazing. Even the price is not expensive compare to sophia & Lucille & I consider Sergiolino 100 time better than sophia & Lucille. We will come back & keep you posted regarding the speakers for outside 😉
Take a trip back to the peak of excess at this new, incredibly decorated, lively & most importantly, delicious, restaurant. The impeccable atmosphere & décor will have you feeling like you're partying in 1983 Miami. Music on theme, rounded retro banquette seating, branded matchbooks at the door, & rotary phones that actually work! The details showcase the owners' expertise & industry knowledge. Everything here oozes with nostalgia, & we love it! Flawless vibes aside, the food was equally incredible. A family-style, made-to-share menu, every plate comes in two size options. (except the steak & pizza) We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered, but we highly suggest the gnocchi a la vodka. With reasonably priced food & drinks, it's a perfect group outing (like for ladies' night!). We ate way too much & had leftovers on top of it. All that & absolutely wonderful & friendly service provided by @stelladumaiss. We loved our first experience & will definitely return with more people.

Amazing music & atmosphere. I ordered pasta with ricotta & broccoli. There wasn't any ricotta & my broccoli was hard. My husband ordered a pizza & the crust was cooked well but getting to the middle of the pizza was wet & floppy not a New York Style pizza. I asked for tea ran out. No sugar brought to the table for our coffees & coffees watered down. Our waiter tried very hard & was very kind. A little surprised we were charged for parking $10. Which other restaurants around the area cover the charge. In all I would return
15/10 for sure! The decor was outstanding, loved the 80's theme the attention to detail was just spot on. We had a reservation at 9pm & the restaurant was pretty full when we got there. Everyone from the the hostess to the busboys & waiters who served did an excellent job. They were all so kind, polite & helpful & always smiling!! The food was delicious; generous portions! We had the buratta, calamari, prosciutto di Parma pizza, ricotta brocoli penne, cosmos & the Duran Duran sangria. Everything was so good. Worth the price in my opinion! The atmosphere was great, good throwback music. Will definitely be going back very soon.
Went for a bachlorette party on Saturday evening. The decor, theme & ambiance is super. Love all the images & music that brings you back to the 80's. I really wanted to give a 5star but there were many things that were not good. The music was way too loud. The service was bad. It took forever to get our drinks & food & when we did get receive it there was allot of mix ups. The food is meh. I was expected better Italian food. The idea is family style ordering but if you are one & don't want the same as the others you order more food to take home. I ordered the half chicken piccata limone & a hall brocoli sauté. The brocoli was not sauté, it tasted more like lightly steamed served plain. No butter no oil! The chicken was ok, a little too lemony ...& I love lemons. We waited almost 1 hour for our bills. There was an issue with their system. They offered 2 gift cards for the group which is nice but not sure I would want to go back any time soon. Wishing you better luck & hope it gets better.
This restaurant is amazing. Great ambiance, music, friendly staff. The food is even more amazing. Highly recommend this be your next choice.... especially for a birthday celebration. Hope one day they open one on south shore 😉😄

Sergiolino vaut le déplacement la bouffe délicieuse & portion extrêmement généreuse & le staff très professionnel le GM Jonathan a été extrêmement généreux de sont temps pour nous expliquer le concept & menu du resto ho & la music WOW quelle ambiance magnifique!
