We participated in the masterclass, & I truly enjoyed it. It was great to see & learn how to make dough. Richi provided a lot of information on hydration & different pizza styles, but the best part was tasting what we made. The pillowy dough is crisp & delicious! The toppings are great & of premium quality. I highly recommend the class & the pizza!
Une cuisine italienne de pizzas traditionnelle & de bon goût. Un peu exigu pour manger sur place & il devrait y avoir des plateaux pour transporter la nourriture & de meilleurs couverts ustensiles compris.
Je commande des bombolinis en box de 6 en ligne avec deux pizzas. Tout est arrivé froid mais là encore on passe au four à la rigueur. Sauf que les bombolinis j'ajoute une note car impossible de choisir, & je demande 2 Nutella 2 Ferrero & 2 pistachio. Je reçois MYRTILLE !!!!! Alors même que sur la boîte c'était écrit 3 pistachio & 3 Nutella... Ce qui aurait était moins pire tsé, quand t'as le goût de manger du chocolat... Mais de la confiture de MYRTILLE ??! De plus on a aucun recours lorsqu'on commande sur le site car ils font faire la livraison par Uber... Quelle arnaque! Ps : la pizza patate/saucisse n'est vraiment pas fameuse, tu goûtes que les patates ont était cuite bouillie à l'eau. Vraiment dommage!
I love this pizza! The quality of the ingredients are great! The pizzas are always super fresh & loaded with ingredients.... the smell of this pizza is just so mouth watering & that first bite is always euphoria!!

I get this pizza a lot & today the crust was inconsistent.. lots of thin spots that were soggy & overly thick spots. It was hard to chew like leather.. not normal & not like usual!! Also the sauce was extremely garlicky. When paying so much for a pizza I expected better quality. Usually they are good but today something was really really off with the pizza!
Nous avons opté pour le service traiteur pour un surprise party ! Service impeccable, livrées chaudes , le goût unique de la pizza romaine avec un éventail varié de saveurs incluant des pizzas vegan, leurs salades d'accompagnement trop délicieuses … un goût de l'Italie pour une soirée réussie sans tracas ! Great experience at Segreta! It's a small, cute spot with a cozy vibe.
We tried a few different pizzas. Some were good, some were even better; but the standout was definitely the pepperoni with burrata & a honey drizzle. The creamy burrata with the sweet honey & crispy pepperoni was an amazing combo.
You can even buy their honey sauce to take home. They also have a nice variety of Italian snacks & products for sale, which adds to the authentic feel.
Definitely worth stopping by! 🍕
Fantastic pizzas with a nice selection of pastries. But for real, you're going for the pizza because they taste fantastic. Their pizzas don't make me feel bloated & not at all greasy.

La pizza Segreta est mon coup de coeur ! Ça doit faire environ cinq fois que j'y vais. Sérieusement, vas-y… tu ne le regretteras pas !
Ma pizza préférée est la Margherita avec la burrata & le miel épicé : un vrai délice. Ils ont aussi des beignes & des biscuits d'une qualité incroyable. Tout est fait avec des ingrédients frais, & c'est toujours bon - sans faute.
C'est plutôt un endroit pour le take-out que pour manger sur place, ce qui est un peu dommage, parce que je pense vraiment que ce serait génial de pouvoir s'y installer entre amis autour d'une belle table. Je vous laisse peut-être réfléchir à ça comme projet futur… 😉
Mon conjoint Samuel & moi avons suivi un cours de pizza avec Richi. Ce chef & propriétaire est très accueillant & il nous dévoile tous ses secrets pour préparer la meilleure pâte à pizza romaine. Son cours est enrichissant, convivial & très authentique. Je le recommande à tous les amoureux de pizza !
