Stopped in today & ordered their espresso frappé-it did not disappoint! The drink was smoothly blended with a fantastic layer of silky foam at the top, striking the perfect balance between bold coffee taste & refreshing coolness.

7 dollars for a mocca & being so far from downtown... I have seen much more better coffee shop that would are cheaper & much better quality...looks & the chocolatine 🤣

The drinks are terribly overpriced, but moreso the customer service is horrible. Came by a couple weeks ago & I waited at the cash for 7 minutes while the barista was on her phone. I was waiting for her to look up, but eventually had to say excuse me. Then it took 10 minutes for her to make it. Mind you I'm the only one waiting for a drink. The coffee was also not good & was only lukewarm. I don't know if the barista was training but not a good experience

service most of the time is good, however the asian girl is very rude, I have had two interactions with her & she was very rude.

Around 2pm I came here to buy 2 apple juice & a croissant. I shouldn't of had to check the expiration date of the food I'm buying from a company like second cup. My croissant was hard & stale my drinks were expired & i didn't even get my receipt from the cashier it shouldn't be'on demand' law is give it to every customer unless they refuse.

I can't remember one time going there & not be thinking that the service is horrible. It looks painful for them to work there. I discovered Cafe 92 just a few blocks away, much better!
