Reviews for Second Cup Café
service most of the time is good, however the asian girl is very rude, I have had two interactions with her & she was very rude.
Around 2pm I came here to buy 2 apple juice & a croissant. I shouldn't of had to check the expiration date of the food I'm buying from a company like second cup. My croissant was hard & stale my drinks were expired & i didn't even get my receipt from the cashier it shouldn't be'on demand' law is give it to every customer unless they refuse.
I can't remember one time going there & not be thinking that the service is horrible. It looks painful for them to work there. I discovered Cafe 92 just a few blocks away, much better!
High prices, terrible quality & even worse customer service! Their matcha drink has so much sugar mixed in it that you don't even taste the matcha! I cannot take sugar & they were like too bad good luck staying in business
Staff was sweet & the coffee was really good. I recommend their mocha latte. Not too sweet. 10/10
The drinks are good but I would not recommend the pastries as they are not always fresh. I've been there 5+ times & the staff have bad customer service, they are efficient just not nice.
Food wasn't ordered with the exception of 1 croissant with 2 coffee. Service was quick & the place was clean.
Great staff & service!
Excellent spot to catch up with friends, grab a quick drink, or work on your laptop
Pass by & enjoy good times
Locally owned & Canadian!
I was shocked at my experience here, & staffs unwillingness to help my baby... After ordering a sandwich, eggnog latte, cookie, & smoothie, I asked for a cup of hot water to heat my baby's bottle. The employee refused, stating we would have to pay for it. This is not only unreasonable but also inhumane-my baby needed to eat, & I was made to feel uncomfortable for asking for something so simple. It's a shame that basic hospitality for families with young children seems to be lacking here. I'll be considering other cafes in the future!!
