Nous avons eu droit à un service impeccable, le restaurant était plein, & ça ne paraissait pas sur la qualité & la rapidité Du service. Nous nous sommes laissés guider par les choix du sommelier qui nous a apporté Des vins en parfait accord avec ce que nous mangions . Les plats étaient d'une fraîcheur extraordinaire, très savoureux & d'une tendreté parfaite

As visiting Americans skiing in nearby Tremblant, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to St Jovite & the exquisite dinner at sEb. Everything we order was delicious & the service & atmosphere made for the perfect spot to celebrate my wife's birthday abroad!
La qualité de la nourriture est excellente, le service de l'hôtesse était aussi excellent mais le serveur était juste correcte. J'ai demandé que l'entrée soit sans fromage & le serveur m'a dit qu'il n'y aurait pas de problème pour modifier la bouchée mais il ne l'a pas fait & il ne s'est pas excusé de l'avoir oublié.
Il a fait un bon travail sans plus.

Très bien comme resto. Par contre, petite déception au niveau des plats principaux. Le cerf & l'agneau étaient plutôt fades. Très belle expérience dans l'ensemble.
Excellent restaurant, digne de son étoile Michelin. Pâtissier excellent. Repas dégustation est une super expérience. Le soffocato de fruits de mer était divin

Magnifique! We found this hidden gem in the little town of Mt. Tremblant on our last trip here & were blown away. We returned last night & had another magnificent meal that confirmed our past impression. Away from the skiing village, down a quiet side street, this little restaurant may serve the best French (& Franco-Italian) dinners in the area, if not in all of Quebec. They more than deserve one Michelin star, if not two.
We arrived to find an amuse bouche of delicious duck tartare, which I followed with ris de veau &, as entree, Quebecois red deer. My wife had as appetizer smoked salmon salad with pastrami seasoning & creme fraiche, then orechiette with lamb, almost a stew. For dessert, an unorthodox but extraordinary tartin tatin. Every dish extraordinary, & complemented by reasonably priced, excellent wines from across Europe, California, & South America.
Service was friendly, perfectly efficient without being rushed in a charming small dining room. Just wonderful. We can't wait to go back.
We had a wonderful meal & the service was top notch. The only disappointment was sitting next to the kitchen door & entrance. The traffic by our table was not stop.
Nous avons passé une très belle soirée. Le service était attentionné & agréable.
Les plats étaient globalement bons. Le filet mignon était parfaitement réussi. Par contre, le foie gras était trop cuit ( & pas un très beau morceau) & le poisson était en grande partie insuffisamment cuit - ce qui est quand même assez essentiel pour ce type de restaurant.
Malgré ces points, nous avons tout de même passé un bon moment.
This review is for the Valentine's Day dinner with me & my wife.
While we enjoyed the aesthetic of the place, we found it was all much too expensive for what we got. The quality of the food did not match the price tag, & there was not much variety to choose for people with dietary restrictions.
Also, each very small plate took way too long to arrive with slow service, so we were still hungry & very tired by the end.
