Sea-Me receives many compliments for its flavorful fare, attentive service, and bright, welcoming setting. The menu features standout dishes like sea bass and branzino, along with a mushroom risotto and oysters, with generous portions that leave guests satisfied. Staff are described as friendly and helpful, with clear explanations of dishes and preparation options between EVOO and beurre. While ambience can feel a bit calm on weeknights, the culinary experience remains strong and many would return. A few criticisms include a plate that was too salty, desserts that were not available from the menu, and price concerns related to bottles of water and drinks. Overall, Sea-Me is regarded as a very good value and a go-to for flavorful, well prepared meals and a service level that makes it easy to come back.
🦞 Located in downtown Montreal, Sea Me serves fresh, high quality seafood, with beautifully presented plates that taste just as good as they look
🍸 The cocktails selection pair perfectly with the menu, elevating the whole experience
🍮 Don't miss the chocolate lava cake, it is one of the best & the perfect sweet ending
Very friendly service, great food. We went for MTL a Table & the menu was lovely. The appetizers came in small portions so we did not leave too stuffed. I am in love with their mushroom risotto; our waiter was wonderful enough to hear my praises & discuss our various cooking adventures! I will say, the restaurant is in a bit of an odd spot. We were there on a weeknight, so maybe the ambience was not in full swing, but it was a little dull. This did not detract from the culinary experience, please visit if you have the chance!
I went there for my friend's birthday. When I arrived a gentleman offered to take my coat so it was starting on a good note. Once everybody arrived we sat down & then waited. 1 hour after our arrival we were the only table in the restaurant (we were 15-20 people). First thing that needs to be addressed is the menu. Super confusing, you have price at the top of some sections so you'd assume all the plates in that section would be the same price & then you look down & every plates has a price next to it. So which price is the correct one ? Then you have the cocktail menu which has four or five choice but if you ask for something else like an old fashion they can do it too, so ask for the drink you like they might be able to do it or maybe not. After ordering the drinks they came with small appetizers & then the drinks came. Drinks weren't good to be honest, my old fashion wasn't the best nor the worst & my friend got an espresso martini which wasn't good as well. We then ordered the mains & asked the waiter for recommendations because we were hungry. He said take the lamb chops it is big (48$). We asked how big it was & he doubled down. So we both took that. From that moment I think we waited a good 30min for some reason (there's nobody else in the restaurant?). The plates arrived & the quantity was a joke, it was 6 bites total to finish the plate. Two little lamb shop in the middle of a big plate with sauce on it. We asked the waiter what happened to the big plate he told us about & he replied'there might've been a problem in the kitchen' & then proceeded to ask us if we wanted the bill to be individual or together with my friend & I. Might be a new thing when you order your plate they give you the check right away as well. Anyway a solid 79$ for one old fashion, a lamb shop way too small for the price & couple potatoes on the side (they were ok). On a good note the interior design is good but they really need better waiters & betters quantities, my friend paid 100$ for 1 espresso martini 1 old fashion & lamb shop. It's not serious you can't charge prices like that & give services like that. Left the restaurant with the feeling of being ripped out.

Incredible experience for MTL à table! Every bite was filled with flavour & it left us full at the end. The dishes have a special twist to them, which made them even richer. The waiter (Choaib) took his time to explain each dish to us & made sure we were having a great time. We will definitely be back for more!
