this is a hidden gem! it is cozy & their matcha serving is large :) it can be crowded but that shows that it is a nice place :)

Such a hidden gem! It's tucked away & was a little tricky to find at first, but definitely worth it. The space is lovely, with a great atmosphere, plenty of seating, & even a nice setup for studying or getting some work done. We tried a few different brunch dishes & grabbed two pastries to go, & everything was delicious. The matcha was also really good! The staff were incredibly kind & friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend checking this place out, I'll definitely be back! :)

I paid 9$ for a strawberry matcha latte to go who had barely matcha in it & was composed of 75% of ice. I let one star for the cute cozy decor, but I am not gonna go there again because that felt like a scam for the price!

Great atmosphere, nice decor. Terrible food, but the matcha strawberry was delicious. I waited 25 mins for a to-go order of just a sandwich. First time there & last time

Bonne expérience globale. J'ai pris un matcha aux fraises & le matcha était très bon. Le café HCMC est bon sans plus (j'ai goûté de meilleurs cafés vietnamiens). Le thé thaïlandais manquait un peu de saveur selon moi. J'ai bien aimé le breaky sando. L'ambiance est bonne, beaucoup de gens qui viennent travailler avec leur laptop.
Par contre les coussins où on s'assoit ne sont pas assez régulièrement nettoyés, quand on est arrivé il y avait des miettes partout & on a dû nettoyer nous même avant de nous asseoir. Les gens avant avaient aussi laissé leurs boissons & on a dû débarasser.

Barista that served us at 5 pm on Friday August 21 2026 was rude & not welcoming when my friend & I wanted to order. The place was nice though. The matcha was alright.

Was excited to try this cafe. While I like the concept that it's trying to go for - I think it falls on the short end of the stick.
- The service is subpar.
- The couches & tables were dirty. I would also worry about potential bedbugs here.
- music was beyond too loud
- straws were too short to drink from
- matcha was overrated & very watered down with milk, it just tasted like milk. The amount of matcha was also inconsistent (we ordered multiple)
- menu is not very clear
- potential food safety hazard?? As they have all of the pastries out without a cover (I will say the pastries were good though)

I think this cafe is overhyped.
If you don't might going a little further, Léche is a very lovely joint.

Strawberry matcha ($9) comes in a carafe, tastes good, but over half ice cubes.

Wifi takes a bit of time to connect but worked great for working on documents.

Atmosphere is hip but cold. Nice sunlight in an industrial space with high ceilings, but loud music & hard to find a spot to sit. I personally prefer warm & cozy cafes & this is not that vibe. Servers are attentive but there is a professional distance that feels a little cold. Very chill & hip though!

Came for the matcha, stayed for the vibes. Great place to study. Some seats are no computer but plenty which allowed.

amazing spot!! their strawberry matcha is honestly the BEST & the pastries (the one with caramel) is delicious!
