Fantastic place, the food is incredible (still dreaming about those steam buns) & the staff is friendly & entertaining. With my seafood allergy, it's one of the only Asian restaurant that I feel safe.

The food here is simply incredible. Cooked to perfection, heavenly tasty, perfectly greasy. Also the vibes are immaculate, the decor is so nicely curated, & the service is so friendly & just- I love this place. The papaya salad with pork was sooo tasty & refreshing, the pork buns were wow, the satay chicken was one of the best I've ever had. They do not take reservations, be aware that you may have to wait a good hour & a half on a weekend at peak time, but they have a bar where you can wait if you want.

Habitués du Satay, il fait partie de nos restaurants préférés à Montréal. Bonne cuisine, savoureuse, belle ambiance & accueil toujours chaleureux. Nous ne sommes jamais déçu. & en plus c'est restau hyper kid friendly (ce soir nous avons été super bien accueilli avec votre bébé, bien installés & même répartis avec un super body satay 🤩) un gros merci 🙏🏻

Super friendly & patient staff. Add the quality food & the experience is memorable. Extremely enjoyable evening with friends which resulted in meeting some fun characters due to the energetic atmosphere & vibe.
