Have been a few times now & it just gets better & better every time. Love sharing this gem with family & friends, knowing they won't be disappointed.
Bao buns are insanely delicious, papaya salad has so many layers of flavor & the Laksa soup will warm your soul.

Absolutely loved my experience at Sattay Brothers! Having visited multiple times, I can confidently say they never disappoint. On a busy Friday night, the atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, & the food, service, & ambiance were all top-notch. We arrived a few minutes early, & the staff kindly directed us next door to Rye Bar to wait, where the bartender served us promptly. By the time our drinks were ready, our table was also available. Our server, Masyn, was incredibly attentive, friendly, & efficient-making our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Sattay Brothers for anyone seeking delicious, affordable food with a cool & inviting vibe. I absolutely love this restaurant & can't wait to return!

A really intimate well-lit gorgeous restaurant on Notre-Dame 🎉🎉 We particularly loved the way beer cans are hung next to the light & gives off a very hippy bohemian vibe 😇😇 We started off with Jasmin Tea & beer & then moved onto Chicken satay that was incredible ❤?❤? For the main meal I had the chicken Laksha soup while my partner had lamb with rice & each bite was a gourmet's delight 🎉🎉 Our full compliments to the chef for the delicacy & also the staff that gave very good recommendations 😇😇 Finally for dessert we had the buttermilk cake & it was a heavenly delight 🎉🎉 Highly recommend this 11/10 restaurant with fantastic staff & service & we can't wait to try other items on the menu next time 🙏🙏

I had an amazing time at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm & inviting. The staff were friendly, attentive, & genuinely made me feel taken care of throughout the meal.
Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back & highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food & great service!
I went to this restaurant with a friend, & we had such an amazing time! The highlight of our meal was definitely the papaya salad - absolutely delicious & full of flavor. The Amaretto Sour was also on point, perfectly balanced & refreshing. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking to hang out with friends or enjoy a cozy date night. Great vibes all around!

It was unclear how to get a table. The host disregarded us & then sat us in a corner. It was extremely hot in there, especially where we were. Slower service as well. They brought the wrong drink, even though I ordered a different one. Cute atmosphere though & yummy food. Good place to eat before a night out. Highly recommend the pork belly buns.
If you are looking for night-marketesque fun, & amazing food all in one spot this is the place for you. Everything from service, decor to layout of this place is just enthralling & unique. We went as a large group & got the set menu which I highly highly recommend. Absolutely worth every dollar. The owner is friendly, casual & on top of everything. We had an amazing time, & I would return time & time again.

One of my colleagues highly recommended this place (infact she was adamant we try it out) & glad we took her recommendation! Got to try a few things on the menu & most of it slaps. Definitely check out the fried chicken buns & the skewers. Flavourful, fresh ingredients & the skewers had a unique smokey but a piercing marinating sauce effect to it - gotta try it to believe it. If you're in the area or want something different - check it out!
One of my favourite Montreal spots. Super well priced & great vibes. Highly recommend the pork belly bao buns, papaya salad & kueh salat (SO GOOD).
Pandan daquiri is nothing special. Satay Lager is solid.
Walk-ins unless you're a large group so the wait can be a bit during peak hours. If you're a big group, you need to do family menu, which is good value for money.
One of the best restaurants in Mtl!! The vibe, music, service, & of course the food were all amazing. Every time I go, this place never disappoints! Would highly recommend going with all your friends, the food is to die for :) We ordered the pork belly steamed buns, Kolo mee noodle soup, fried rice & pork ribs. For the dessert, we had both Kueh Bengka & Salat 😋 I also once tried the set menu & it is so worth it, You get a bit of everything!!
Montreal gem. Love bringing friends here for the fixed menu. The food is awesome & we always get super friendly service. Lots of vegetarian options. Highly recommended for groups or for a fun place to hang on Sundays.
