My wife & I had a fantastic experience at Salle Climatisée for dinner. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings. It was six courses in all. Our server, Brenden, was an amazing host through the tasting. He was enthusiastic about the food, helpful for the wines, & overall engaging. Would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone who would like a great way to spend an evening.

WOW. Best meal I've had this year! Me & my wife split 4 dishes which came out to around 150$ - absolute perfection start to finish. Service was spot on. Great wine selection. Dishes were minimalist but FULL of flavor & seasoned to perfection. Can't wait to go back! If you go this month try the tartare, the Corn, the Pork, & FOR SURE the blueberry dessert!!!

Simple local ingredients well executed & fresh. The staff is friendly, attentive & the service is fast (but not too fast like you feel like being rushed iykyk). We will for sure come back! The sticky pudding dessert was the cherry on top of the evening (probably one of the best desserts I've eaten...)

To say salle climatisé is great would be a shame to the food, the service & the uniqueness of this place. Not only will great produce meet great flavor but also friendly service will make your night amazing. 10 for the food 10 for the wine 10 for the service. Thanks to salle climatisé for bringing a bunch of old friends back together & having a perfect night.
