Les gâteaux étaient magnifiques, mais le service horrible, la serveuse avec les cheveux rouges ne comprends rien ne parle pas, n'explique pas.
Everyone who was working at this establishment on Easter Sunday needs a lesson in basic customer service.
1 - we ordered some desserts & were served by a women with an orange & brown silk hat who seemed like she hated her life & her job & did everything in her power to avoid speaking. There are zero labels so we asked for a chocolate hazelnut dessert which we described as a Ferrero dessert. There was literally a Ferrero rocher on top of the cake. To avoid disappointed she could have opened her mouth & told us that it was a cheesecake inside the outer layer. Everybody in my family hates cheesecake so it was a huge waste.
2 - I then asked another employee for help. She was a young Italian-looking woman who was mocking me because she couldn't understand basic French, so I switched to English. I wanted a coffee but when I tasted the coffee that was almost empty & seemed to have been sitting there for hours, it was cold. I asked if I could get a hot coffee & she insisted that the coffee should already be hot. It took about 15 back & forth exchanges before she would believe me & offer to make hot coffee.
3 - I came to complain to the only staff member who seemed to have any emotional intelligence about the chocolate cake that was actually a cheesecake (which we learned after biting into it). She apologized for the mishap but wouldn't offer a refund or even an exchange.

We tried the cheese cake with chocolate cover & it was like a paradise in the mouth. Very delicious. We tried other pastries that are good, but not our favorite. We will go back to try other products for sure.

Meilleur patisserie ever pis reelement 24h . Elle as un vaste choix de gateau & fe buiscuit & les patisseries sont vraiment bonne. Ils font aussi des petits plat preparé & peut meme te faire un sandwish sur place avec vos choix de viandes*,* pour les personnes qui on des petit creux le soir & qui son tanner des mcdos & tim horton( qui on jamais rien a manger de minuit a 6am ) cest la place ou aller le detour en vaux vraiment la peine. & les prix son tres abordable!
Avant même que je sois au monde mes parents se rendaient là pour acheter la MEILLEURE PIZZA AUX TOMATES, qui à ce jour est toujours la meilleure que je connaisse. J'ai essayé plusieurs endroits un peu partout & pour moi , aucune ne bat celle-ci. Allez y goûter, vraiment trop bonne ! Ce n'est pas du tout comparable ! Elle vaut amplement le 27$ pour une pizza entière !!!! Il y a aussi beaucoup de pâtisseries & un comptoir à sandwich. N'oubliez pas votre argent comptant car c'est comptant seulement & parfois la machine pour retirer de l'argent ne fonctionne pas. Pour terminer, cela serait bien d'avoir accès une liste des ingrédients pour quelqu'un qui souffre d'allergies ou d'intolérances. Bon appétit !!!
J'y ai trouvé un excellent gâteau pour l'anniversaire d'une amie. Par contre, je n'ai pas commandé à l'avance. J'imagine que si je l'aurai fait, j'aurai pu avoir un gâteau personnalisé. À l'heure où j'y suis allée, j'ai attendu 15 minutes pour être servis, car il y avait plusieurs personnes avant moi. Ouverte 24h/24.
