Very dissatisfied, the napkin should be clean! I order a small bottle of sake, the waiter brought this small pitcher & said this is small bottle. Ordered two noodles, one was wrong, but tastes are fine. Overall experience is not below average.

Saizen Sushi Bar is outstanding. The fish is super fresh, the rolls are full of flavor, & the presentation is great. Service is friendly & quick, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting. Easily one of the best sushi places around-highly recommend!

2 stars for Delicious food. However the customer service was quite awful. The place once had way more class.
1) took aprox 15 min till someone came to just'take' the order. While we were the only guests.
2) place was dirty. All tables from previous guests left as is. Not appetizing.
3) they asked to pay before'we even got the food' Because they wanted to close the cash (was still 40 min prior closing time)
4) one of the workers commented to a colleague a very unappropriate comment regarding a customer that just left. (Loud enough to hear from the other end of room)
To summarize = unprofessional & disappointing

What Saizen lacks in atmosphere & service, they make up for in food quality & presentation.
We enjoyed delicious sushi, pasta & dumplings.
The staff weren't attentive & the menus were well worn. The cleaning staff were hauling garbage through the seating area.
A few small changes could really elevate the experience significantly.

Had the Rock&Roll Sushi. One of the best taste with a kick in mouth of spicy & flavor.

The salmon is very fresh. It melts in your mouth. The portion is also very decent. We tried many appetizers & Maki & they are very good. This time we tried the po po platter, & it was a fun experience

Nous étions pressés & nous devions manger rapidement, alors nous sommes entrés par hasard. Quelle perle cachée! Excellent service & probablement les meilleurs sushis que j'aie mangés cette année!!!
