Quality food & great place to go to if it's late (they close at 12am :)) wr ordered a 100$ package that included 5 rolls. This is ideal for a couple or 3 persins I would say.
The food here is genuinely top-tier-the Honeymoon Roll is a must-try, & the Salmon Popper Salad is consistently excellent. It's some of the best sushi in the area.
However, the service could definitely use a personality adjustment. The waiters often seem like they're having a bad month, every month. If you can ignore the moody service, the food is well worth the visit.

Saizen Sushi Bar is outstanding. The fish is super fresh, the rolls are full of flavor, & the presentation is great. Service is friendly & quick, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting. Easily one of the best sushi places around-highly recommend!
Dining here was a pleasure. The staff were fantastic & offered great service. The food was excellent. Many unique rolls to accommodate for any taste. The appetizers are delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful & really felt luxurious. Karen is a gem. The owners are great & are happy to help with any issues or concerns during the experience.
10/10 would recommend. Will be dining here again.

This restaurant offers a unique taste in sushi, with delicious flavors & generously sized rolls. It's a cozy place with ample space, perfect for group reservations. Our waitress was very kind & took the time to explain the menu options, offering suggestions that turned out to be perfect & delicious. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place! The sushi is always fresh & soft. I tried many rolls at multiple times, & was always impressed with their stuff! If your looking for some awesome sushi, then you got the place!! Enjoy! Update: I was in the restaurant for the first time, & was amazed by their exceptional customer service & calm waiters.
Very expensive for 1 sushi roll 16$. A glass of wine is 16$. Iced tea 7$. No wine menu so I didn't know that a glass of white wine can be so expensive. & it's not even downtown.
Just ordered delivery from the restaurant (We are from out of town staying at a hotel)... Sushi here is amazing. We ordered the vegetarian sushi platter. Arrived in a beautiful box, beautiful presentation, & the taste was exquisite. Range of flavors included mushroom, mango, avocado, sweet potato etc. The restaurant was able to substitute tuna for one of the rolls, for a nominal fee.
The person who took my order was also very accommodating & polite. Haven't visited in person, but would recommend highly based on the simply delicious sushi We had delivered.
Went back on day two for lunch. Slightly disappointed with the in-person experience. No price on the menu. Wasn't offered the lunch menu until I asked. Wasn't given water until I asked. Tip automatically included though we were a party under six, (including tip for parties under six is not standard practice). That said, the food was delicious, & the restaurant was tolerant of my kids (they can be rowdy). I still stand by a wonderful delivery experience the day before!
