I ordered by phone for a takeout order last night & have to say am soooo happy. My order was ready in 20 minutes. Ordered the Lamb Vindaloo for my brother who has been enjoying Indian food forever & he said it was the best he ever had. I had the Chicken Jalfrezi & it was outstanding. Not many Indian restaurants get it right. The rice & Naan were also perfect & the prices were more than reasonable & portions very generous. So happy his is close to my new place. Will become a regular !
Well prepared Indian food with authentic spices & fresh oil used. The level of spices is just appropriate & soothing that provides the right kind of taste. Many dishes to choose from.
Overpriced & didn't meet the expectations with the quality & flavour expected. Naan breads were of bought out packed quality. Believe at this pricing, there are so many other Indian restaurants serving quality food with more portions. Not worth a second visit.
Great indian restaurant, the server was super nice & attentive. The ambiance was very nice too. & we enjoyed the food, especially the butter chicken & gulab jamuns.
We always think of Sahib when we want delicious Indian food & a great atmosphere. They even sang Happy Birthday & brought us specialty desserts.
Tellement Bon! Great choice of Authentic Indian dishes. The new & spicy wings 65 was my favourite.
Everyone knows how good the food is, but was nice to see they have some unique beers I haven't seen anywhere else. Cobra Indian beer, an Irish & an Austrian one.
First visit to Sahib Indian Restaurant at Point Claire. Food was authentic Indian, served by courteous staff. Had a good meal & an awesome experience.
Highly recommended
Whew. 40 CAD for a very small buffet. Food was watery & not very tasteful. Nothing & that Indian spice & flavor I was looking for. The lamb curry was the only thing worthwhile to eat.
Always a great place with friendly staff & savory Indian dishes
I ate twice in this restaurant & every time the food is delicious & the service is great..We go there for their buffet..it is very well organized & on point, all types of popular indian dishes are availables
I was surprised by the 4.2 rating. I've been ordering from this restaurant for the past ten years as I live nearby. You'd be hard pressed to find a better Indian restaurant in the west island.
If you like colourful Indian buffets during lunch hour, this is your place! Much variety & comforting!
One of the best indian in town. The byriani is delicious. Service is good & good ambiance.
The staff is very polite & the food was something what you call,'authentic Indian' Had an amazing time! The chef deserves an extra 5 stars!
Ordered online for pick up. The ordering process was super easy, the order was ready on time. However, the food was disappointing. I had heard many great things about this restaurant over the years so we decided to give it a try since we love Indian food. The butter chicken sauce tasted more like tomato soup than rich & creamy. & for $21.95, I was expecting more than 10-12 overcooked bite size pieces of chicken. The lamb Chettinad was tasty, even though the lamb was a bit tough. The tandoori plate for 1 was just ok. The 4 items (chicken, fish, 1 shrimp, ground meat sausage) were dry & overcooked. All the main meals do come with either naan or basmati rice, so that's a plus. Skip the stuffed Kulcha for $7.95, it was a small naan brushed with garlic butter. Far from the description of chilli paneer naan. Overall, not a complete horrible experience but won't be ordering again.
Food was delicious & fresh, atmosphere & tidy place if you crave for indian food in Pointe Claire. But the servers weren't friendly at all, I didn't see smile on their faces. When I paid the bill, the server told me I must pay tip & he wasn't seem be happy when I didn't pay the tip. I left the restaurant with bad taste.
It is a top 3 Indian restaurants I have ever been to. The food, service, & atmosphere are all high-quality. The Vindaloo will knock your socks off.
We stayed art a hotel nearby for our vacation in the city & got food here to go. Nice food & recommend if you are looking for decent Indian food.
