This experience was unusual! We love St Hubert & we usually have great experience, but not this time! For starters it was very cold inside, then the young woman who brought the cutlery hold the cutlery with her fingers on the side that we put in the mouth. Two of us did not have napkins. The food was almost cold & the plates were greasy. We eat, but it was not great. We hope this was accidental.
Went there for dinner, the environment is quiet & a good place to talk to or discuss things. The only concern is that the order takes a very long time to be served. The waitress was ok though & might be the reason why i put 2 instead of 1. Maybe they are just understaffed which could be understandable but I think they need to improve on that. The food is not the best as well but doable.

Food was great, service a little slow, but the place was full due to a power outage in competing restaurant down the road.. worst though was the cold room, cold air was blowing in from a vent, very distracting
Je suis une habituée du St-Hubert de LaSalle. Je n'ai jamais été déçue comme cela.
1- nous avons dû attendre 1h30 pour recevoir nos repas.
2- nos repas étaient froids.
3- les côtes levées n'étaient pas bien cuites.
4- le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle du côté bar, nous avons eu froid.
5- la petite salle de toilette du côté bar ne fonctionnait pas & il y avait de mauvaises odeurs.
Notre expérience a été TRÈS décevante, c'était une rencontre familiale pour souligner le nouvel an, nous étions 8 personnes.
La serveuse Sandrine a offert un très bon service malgré qu'elle était seule pour servir un groupe de plus de 20 personnes
Malheureusement son collègue Tafik qui est venue nous insulter lors que nous voulions faire corriger des erreurs sur les factures & les payer
Ça fait plus de 20 ans que nous célébrons plusieurs événements familiaux chez vous
