Rôtisserie St-Hubert specializes in iconic slow-roasted rotisserie chicken served with a signature barbecue sauce and golden crispy fries. The menu features a diverse selection of poultry dishes, including quarters, hot chicken sandwiches, and wings accompanied by creamy coleslaw. Fresh garden salads and various toasted sandwich options provide alternatives to the poultry-centric main courses. Each meal incorporates the proprietary seasoning blend that defines the establishment as a household name in Quebec culinary culture. The interior layout prioritizes functional seating arrangements designed for efficient service and high-volume guest turnover. Patrons frequently pair their main entrees with soft drinks or menu-specific desserts such as sugar pie. This establishment maintains strict quality control standards for every bird processed through the rotisserie ovens to ensure a consistent taste profile across the entire regional network.
Reviews for Rôtisserie St-Hubert highlight a generally positive dining experience, with many customers praising the consistent quality of the classic rotisserie chicken and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. While several patrons describe the service as exceptional, professional, and efficient, there are reports of significant inconsistencies regarding wait times, order accuracy, and the temperature of the food during busier periods. Many visitors appreciate the availability of private rooms for gatherings and the dedication of the staff, although some express disappointment with logistical challenges or missing items in their orders. Ultimately, the reputation of the restaurant remains strong for those seeking a reliable meal, despite occasional operational hiccups that affect the overall experience.
I have been going to this st hubert for almost a year now.
First time I went was for my uncle's funerals few months back. I remember the waitress Karina was a gem. She made us laugh & has shots with us, she really changed our minds off the gloomy day.
Then i've came back here & there, with my friend & familly. Always very well served, smiles & etiquettes we're better than expected.
But I must say what I witness during my last visit left me concerned.
I don't understand why Karina the manager that waited on us last time, wasn't there tonight.
I saw this loud & foul mouthed lady of a certain age, yelling at the waitress, in front of all the costumers. The waitress clearly got distrought & left in tears.
She than began to nag at the waitress when she would walk by, making'boo hoo' cry baby sounds.
She behaved like she works there. I sure hope it is not the case. It was gut wretching to watch such a blatant bullying situation unfold in front of my eyes, & every other costumers eyes.
It is unacceptable ! I wish to speak to a suppervisor & make sure that this poor bullied girl is doing fine
Shame on you.
I've been a satisfied customer of St-Hubert for quite some time & the Newman Blvd restaurant in LaSalle is the reason! The food is consistently good; it arrives piping hot; if there is a problem it is handled quickly & efficiently...what more can I say? Two Thumbs Up & a huge Thank You to everyone at St-Hubert LaSalle!
She was on top of all, mastering our night.
Sauce chaude, clown souriant.
Drove into the expess drive through on my lunch hour. Waited over 3 minutes for a sign of life. I will leave out the employees name that finally took my order of a club sandwich with a poutine instead of fries & a Pepsi. The employye repated my order & confirmed. Drove up to the window, waited an additional 18 minutes. Paid interac & was given a box tied up without a Pepsi. I immediately asked for my drink. He replied that it will be an additional $3.75 & claimed he had not heard me, even though he had repeated the order. Feeling so disappointed & waiting for so long I told him to forget the Pepsi & Drove off rushing back too work. To no surprise with the horrible service & long wait, I get back at work & have a chicken leg only in a box. No Club sandwich that I paid for, no poutine that I paid for, & the absolute piss me off worst. I was charged for the Pepsi that the employee said he didnt hear me & was going to charge a second time had I waited. 3 Strikes in one visit. Do not order from here.
