It's St Hubert. What's not to like? A hearty & reasonable meal in a tourist town.

3 hours delivery time - We placed an online delivery order on December 29, 2025, at 6:25 p.m. The website stated an estimated delivery time of 106 minutes. We fully understand that it's the holiday season & that restaurants are busy.
However, after 3 hours, we still had not received our order. When we called to speak with the manager, we were told that this delay was'normal,' & the only option offered was to cancel the order, no compensation was provided. We then contacted St-Hubert's head office after 2 hours & 50 minutes of waiting, but they did nothing to assist.
If a business knows it cannot meet its stated delivery time, it should not commit to it while taking payment. Setting unrealistic expectations & then dismissing the delay is disappointing.
To make matters worse, we tipped 18% at checkout on a $250 order, expecting reasonable service. Waiting three hours for delivery is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was our last order from this place.

J'ai pris une salade César pour apportez, Le plat était entierement fait de plastique .Un restaurant aussi important avec aucun effort pour l'environnement.

Me & my family wanted to get something not too heavy but not too small so we though chicken was the right idea I mean it was but maybe not the right place.
We got seated at our table so far so good the waitress gave us around less then 5 minutes before she asked us what we wanted we asked for more time she walked away 2 minutes after that she came back & asked we weren't fully ready but we ordered anyway. We got a half rack of ribs three hamburgers & another meal we got entries too we got 4 cheese sticks & one onion soup the entries were great that food took around 10-15 minutes ish. We weren't offered some of their salad we had to ask for it we weren't offered water we waited an hour for our food & you won't believe it, the food was cold... We tried getting the waitress attention but it didn't work we finished eating then we just decided to put on our coats & maybe that will get her attention. It did but she tried to get us to stay for dessert we said no & then she went to get the check.
I wouldn't recommend if you are trying to get in & out for some quick food but if your just hungry it's alright.
Also another thing, the restrooms were dirty & everything.

This was a horrible experience. We ordered our food for delivery, which arrived two hours late, cold, & with half the order missing. When we called the restaurant they sent the driver back with the other half but one hour later. When contacting the customer service - as noted by other poor reviews here - we got a runaround which came to no end.

Nous sommes 12, nous tentons de réserver avec une heure de préavis. On nous réponds de nous rendre sur place, qu'ils devraient pouvoir nous arranger ça. Une fois sur place, impossible d'être tous ensemble, on nous refuse de coller les tables ou même d'avoir des table côte à côte. Le gérant a été arrogant, nous disant qu'à tremblant il faut réserver. Nous avons été séparés en deux tables de 6. Nous sommes arrivé à 19h & avons reçu notre assiette à 20h40. Le gérant était désagréable avec les employés sur le plancher. Tout le monde à ma table à été déçu de son assiette. Les frites étaient froides, la salade était tièdes, il y avait un morceau d'oignon & une noix dans ma salade César, plusieurs morceaux d'os trouvé dans la poutine, brochette de poivrons & oignons rouge non cuit, erreur dans une assiette… Côté service, tout était parfait, la serveuse était souriante & professionnelle. Elle à proposé de retourner l'assiette avec erreur, ce que nous avons refusé.
Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Super endroit. Seule déception au niveau des tables à langer pour bébé, il n'y en a pas du côté des hommes... comme si papa ne pouvait pas changer ça des couches ?

Bonne cuisine (sauf la nouvelle croustade) & aliments frais. Mauvais service du serveur ce samedi à 14h (oubli, long délai, etc.). Le robot est très cool & impressionnant, même si on ne l'a pas vu à notre table. Prise pour VE à 1$/h très pratique.

Excellent service. Food was as ordered, hot, tasty, & efficiently delivered by a robot! Chocolate brownie w/ice cream to die for. A very good overall experience.

Ça fait tout juste la job, pour le prix. Les serveurs sont sympa, mais il y a ces drôles de robots qui servent à leur place... ça amuse les enfants deux secondes, mais après bon, ça n'apporte pas tant à l'expérience.

Je suis allé au Saint-hubert un vendredi soir, excellant service de la par de Robby! Je vous le recommande fortement comme serveur, souriant, professionnel! & que dire de ses cocktail!
