J'ai passé une commande ce soir, via Uber, composée de plusieurs repas dont un combo (poulet & côtes levées). À la réception, je réalise qu'il manque lesdites côtes levées. Je précise l'erreur dans l'application d'Uber, & cela me donne un crédit Uber de 2$... J'appelle St-Hubert, au numéro sur la facture & le monsieur qui a pris l'appel s'excuse pour l'erreur & me renvoi le repas au complet, gratuitement, livré par leur équipe. Alors là, revirement de situation & je suis agréablement surpris. Uber, prend note, voilà du bon service! Je mettrais 6 étoiles si je pouvais. Prochaine fois, je commande directement de St-Hubert.Ah & j'ai donné un pourboire au livreur, bien évidemment.

Le express prends trop de temps quand on commande en personne & les patates frites sont deja froides, quand tu arrives chez toi, cest des patates en carton. Vous devriez utiliser des vrais patates fraiches. Pas des vieilles patates congelés style McCain. Pour le reste c'est bon, lâchez pas la patate 🤣

D'habitude tout est bien coté nourriture par contre aujourd'hui bouffe un peu trop cuite. Frites patates douces sec & bâtonnets de fromage vide car à trop cuit.
