j'aime autant pas dire ce que je pense mais bon le pire ces que je suis allez de lautre côté de la rue & c'est du poulet ( score )

Ambiance morte avec musique classique pour nous endormir, j'ai pris une poutine st-hubert pour au final quelle soit remplie de sauce de côté levé & que les fromage sois du fromage fondu sans texture bien chimique. De plus le serveur est vraiment bête & manque de professionnalisme dans la façon dont il agit.

I went to the pickup counter at St-Hubert to place an order, & unfortunately, this will be the last time I do so.

I ordered the 4 chicken fillets with a Caesar salad instead of fries, chicken nuggets & a bag of mini brownies for my daughter. My daughter noticed the doggy treats at the counter, so I added those to my order as well.

On the way home, my daughter was excited to see the doggy treats, but when she opened the bag, they weren't there with the rest of our order. I had to make a U-turn & drive back to the restaurant. Once I got to the counter, I was told they had no more & that someone would go downstairs to check if there were any left. After waiting another 5-7 minutes, I decided to ask for a refund. By then, it had already been about 20 minutes since I had originally picked up my food, & I didn't want it getting even colder.

Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. When I finally got home, I noticed that one of my four chicken tenders was broken off & looked as though part of it had been bitten or eaten. It was extremely unappetizing. I honestly don't understand how anyone could think it was acceptable to serve that to a customer.

I had also paid extra to substitute my fries for a Caesar salad, which I didn't even get a chance to enjoy because the lettuce was browned & the bottom of the container looked jelly-like. So, in the end, I paid for a meal & was left with only three cold chicken tenders.

To make matters worse, when my daughter opened the bag of mini brownies, the bag was sticky & dirty & looked like someone had already helped themselves to some of them. We ended up throwing them away.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Missing items, having to drive back & wait for a refund, cold food, an unappetizing chicken tender, spoiled-looking salad, & a messy bag of brownies that we didn't feel comfortable eating. Definitely not the quality or experience I expected, especially for the price paid.

J'ai commander 2 club sandwich avec poulet blanc...presque pas de poulet ,le pain pas grillé les tranches molles & que dire des frites une portion pour enfant de 5 ans j'ai payer 40$ pour ça!!! Dernière fois que je mange chez st hubert 😡

Service d'Élodie qui était exceptionnelle souriante attentionnée & j'ai demandé un remplacement par ce que je me suis trompé dans le contenu du sandwich & elle l'a fait de bon coeur

Restaurant crasseux, tout était sale : assiettes, couverts, verres… J'ai posté une photo des verres. L'attente pour la prise de commande a été interminable. Horrible.

Had really high hopes. The food tasted bland, reheated & old. Wasn't expecting that. Also had chicken wings, they were fresh.

Pour moi qui vit à Laval, c'est le meilleur Saint-Hubert avec service.
Nous allons toujours côté bar toujours une bonne ambiance relaxe la bouffe est bonne c'est propre & le personnel😉
