Review Summary

Rosélys delivers a refined dining experience with delicious, thoughtfully presented dishes, a standout brunch and a memorable afternoon tea, and attentive service on many visits in a polished, welcoming atmosphere; the overall impression blends high quality and attention to detail with occasional slower service, pacing gaps, and price levels that invite value considerations.

In this economy, a $85 buffet better stand toe to toe with a Vegas style; otherwise what is the point?! Sorry to disappoint the girlies, but Rosélys falls short of its price tag. The free/included mimosa is cool & all, but they should be unlimited if you ask me, because the food options are mid. On the other hand, the Montreal Casino's buffett has a more interesting offering at a fraction of the price.

Its a solid 4 star restaurant but at $125 a person including tax & tip I would suggest anyone interested to simply find somewhere better for that price-point. No worse feeling than going back for that one plate too many simply to feel you didn’t get completely ripped off.
