Came here for a late brunch they still had a great breakfast menu despite it being it being close to 11. Food was food but one of the items we ordered didn't come out until we'd finished our meal despite the restaurant being empty. Would come from the breakfast buffet next time.View more

A lovely hotel bar - perfect for post-stroll cocktail & cheese plate. Worth special mention is Rafael, a trilingual barman, with a thorough knowledge of the city as well as a great conversationalist & mixologist. He made us feel very welcome not just in the hotel but also in Montréal. His recommendations were spot on & we were very grateful!View more

Les ustensiles & tasses étaient sales sur la table. Aussi, le mobilier est beaucoup abîmé & les chaises le tissus déchirés. La propreté général laisse à désirer pour un restaurant de ce calibre. De la poussière sur les surfaces & crasse le long des murs. Pour un brunch à 90$/pers, on s'attend à un minimum du restaurant.View more

Went for tea & had high expectations for a nice ladies' afternoon. The service was very slow. Our waiter was wearing his green union t-shirt & an apron - not the look your would expect. The water for the tea was not hot. The room on the 2nd floor where we were seated looked "tired". The highlight was the food which was quite tasty but at a $200 price tag for 3 people (no alcohol, just tea) it was very disappointing. If you are looking for a high tea experience, I would recommend trying somewhere else.View more

Esperaba más considerando que es un restaurante de lujo. Los asientos están averiados y hay moscas (2 se pararon en nuestro plato) y aunque no es culpa de nadie pienso que deberían tomar medidas para evitarlas.View more
