Je suis allé souper dans le cadre de Montréal à table. J'ai pris en 1er service la coquille Saint-Jacques, elle était délicieuse. Pour le 2ième service, j'ai pris la truite, elle était également délicieuse. Pour le dessert, j'ai pris le pudding au caramel, il était tout simplement parfait 😍.
Notre restaurant de cartier préféré (mais c'est tellement plus que cela)! Nourriture toujours sans défauts. Agencements parfaits. Gastronomique mais dans un esprit convivial. Même si vous n'avez plus faim il faut prendre leur gros choux !
Nous étions six personnes, tous ont appréciés leur soirée. Des plat apprêté avec sérieux & délicatesse. Une ambiance agréable, intime & créative & un service hors paire.

Il ne font plus de menu, tout est à la carte (le soir en tout cas). Les entrées étaient délicieuses, les plats corrects (mais servir des légumes à la vapeur au beurre, bon, & que ce soit en majorité des pommes de terres alors qu'il y a une purée déjà en accompagnement... assez surprenant & malvenu, vu le prix du plat -80$- on s'attendait à un peu plus recherche & de finesse.) Quant aux desserts ils étaient bons mais très sucrés. Il n'y avait pas d'équilibre, un gâteau très sucré au chocolat, avec de la crème, & une crème glacée au chocolat blanc... Tellement riche que je n'ai pas pu le terminer, c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive! Bref, un peu déçus finalement par ce restaurant qui s'est avéré plus cher que d'autres dans le même standing sans être aussi fin & bon. Nb: Je réponds à la réponse du restaurateur, le plat était bien à 80$ avec les taxes, il s'agissait d'un plat du moment, par sur la carte, une bavette de boeuf si mon souvenir est exact. C'est dommage de vouloir discréditer mon propos sur ce détail, qui est pourtant vrai. & de faire comme si tout était négatif, alors que j'ai mis 4 étoiles & que mon propos se voulait constructif (éviter la redondance des pommes de terre, ajouter une sauce aux légumes, offrir un équilibre au dessert riche avec des fruits rouges par exemple...) Après, c'est à vous de le prendre comme vous le voulez. Bonne continuation à vous.
