Restaurant charmant, cuisine du marché faite avec amour & attention tout en restant accessible. D'inspiration française avec une touche moderne & actuelle. Il faut découvrir la section « cachée » du restaurant, la partie arrière ou décorée de rideaux & le petit bar, on se croirait dans un film de Wes Anderson. & si vous allez à la salle de bain, entrez dans celle de gauche, décorée comme si on était dans les années soixante. & ce n'est pas le bon vin qui vous fait halluciner, tout le mobilier de cette salle de bain est bel & bien posé à l'envers. C'est un exemple de la fantaisie & de la joie qu'insuffle les artisans du Rose Ross dans leur restaurant. Mais je m'écarte du sujet. La nourriture est exquise. Gourmand, copieux, équilibré, il faut esssyer la salade poire & foie gras (l'hiver) & l'assiette de boudin & pétoncles. Le choux à la crème est décadent.

Pour le reste je ne peux vous en dire plus parce que le menu échange à chaque saison. Nous y sommes allés trois fois & à chaque fois, une réussite.

Un excellent restaurant convivial & chaleureux.

À essayer absolument !

L'expérience culinaire était exceptionnelle. Originalité & fraîcheur dans les plats. Le chef a même confectionné un excellent menu végétalien à notre demande. Nous le recommandons chaudement.

Je trouve que la quantité de nourriture pour le 4 services était trop volumineuse. J'ai eu des maux de coeur toute la nuit suite à ma visite. Aussi, le service a duré 3h30... un peu long comme soirée.

Vraiment une superbe expérience culinaire! Les plats étaient incroyables, l'accord mets-vin nous a fait faire de belles découvertes & le personnel est chaleureux. Très belle ambiance! Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner.
